At St. Luke's Medical Center in Quezon City, a group of Medical Consultants were having their round table discussion from one of the leading Pharmaceutical Industries Companies that launched the breakthrough in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Industry now, call it Stem cell. A comprehensive range of products and supplies to meet the patient's cell culture and workflow needs.

Dr. Michael Co, one of the top Caliber Medical Surgeons at St Luke's Medical Center is one of the major guest speakers of the said company was on the stage talking about how the patient reacted when he tried this product on him.

Dr. Michael Co is what the hospital staff called the Hunked Doctor is the only son of Dr. Enrique Co and Dra. Marian Co, both senior Medical Consultants of the same Hospital. Dr. Co is a very strict and arrogant man who never smiles. They came from the family of doctors from their elder generation up to the latest generation

Dr. Michael Co, as the only son of top-caliber doctors in the Philippines, had an abnormal childhood. He grew up in a strict and arrogant family of both sides. Having high expectations from him, he endures all the pain and pressure to please his parents and met satisfy them. As he grew up, he developed an arrogant personality as well. He doesn't even smile and nobody can please him easily. He becomes very strict and snubbed.

A round of applause had been given to dr. Michael Co after his talk.

"We would like to thank our Major Guest Speaker Dr. Michael Co for his valuable sharing with us. I hope that everybody had their takeaways from his talk," the host said to their audience.

Dr. Michael co now is leaving the hospital's auditorium as he has still 2 more scheduled patients for surgery. He has a toxic schedule today and yet nobody can even figure it out from his aura.

Ring! Ring!

His phone rings and when he looked at the screen... then answered it:

"Hi Doctor, patient Saavedra is already on the operating table," his secretary informed him.

"Alright, is Dra. Kate there already?" he asked for the Anesthesciologist's presence.

"Yes Doctor, she's there already," his secretary replied.

"Okay, I'll be there in 15 minutes," he said. With that period of his travel time, Dra. Kate will already inject the patient's anesthesia.

By the time, Dr. Co came into the Operating room, he will started the surgery already. He is accustomed already to this everyday routine and he thought he used to be exhausted most of the time due to the number of his patients, he's so grateful that he used to save many lives.

He used to do his duty in his most calm and relaxed aura making his medical team at ease to work with him and almost catching the attention of their resident doctors.

He is now having coronary bypass surgery on his male patient. This surgery redirects blood around a section of a blocked or partially blocked artery of his patient's heart.

"Monitor his heartbeat and oxygen level please," he said to one of his assisting nurses.

"Yes Dr," she responded quickly.

The procedure involves taking a healthy blood vessel from the patient's leg, arm, or chest and connecting it below and above the blocked arteries in his patient's heart. With a new pathway, blood flow to the heart muscle improves.

"All done," Dr . Co said to his team. "Great job team," he said while starting to exit the operating room. He immediately disinfect himself and changed his surgeon gown into a clean short-sleeved shirt and trousers before he wore his Cherokee workwear professionals, a white uniform gown coat. He proceed to the doctor's clinic for his scheduled consultation with his other patients. The majority of his patients are via appointments due to his hectic schedule.

After his doctor's clinic schedule, he was so exhausted already. He sort out his things and call his secretary for some instructions before he left the hospital.

He doesn't look like a doctor every time he is out of his white uniform gown coat. He looked like a hunk gorgeous man. He is tall and had a fair skin complexion. He had the kind of face that stopped you in your tracks, making a sudden pause in a person's natural expression when you looked his way followed by overcompensating with a nonchalant gaze and a weak smile. He had these eyes that when he looked at you will almost melt your knees. His slender body and chilled abs fit well in his white shirt making him look so hot.

He went to the hospital's parking area and hop into his Lexus White car. He played his favorite instrumental music from hi Mark Levinson audio systems while wearing his Bentley Platinum Sunglasses.

He looked so handsome while starting his car engine. He left the hospital's vicinity already and headed to his Condominium at Luxury Condo near Ateneo - The Arton by Rockwell. Doctor Michael Co is a Bachelor living alone while his parents Dr. and Dra. Co was living at Dasmarinas Village in Makati.

He parked his car at the basement of Luxxury Condominiums before heading to the elevator. His unit is located on the 25th floor.

"Good evening Doc," the receptionist greeted him politely.

"Good evening Cherry," he greeted her.

He entered the elevator and pressed the 25th button. When he reached his unit, he started to prepare his dinner by cooking a pesto with toasted bread.

After his dinner, he checked his email first then watched NetFlix on his LCD television.

Beep... Beep...

His android phone beeps...

"Hi son, please come home tomorrow. We will be having our family dinner together with Dra. Catherine Garcia and her parents. Dra. Garcia is his girlfriend. She was being paired with him by their parents. He doesn't like the idea of being paired but his mother was so hesitant during that time. Is mother liked Dra, Gracia a lot.

In order not to argue with his mother, he replied...

"Alright Mom, I'll be their tomorrow night."

He will just join them for a family dinner but he won't stay there for long since he had a scheduled surgery late at night. His patients are his priority.

There was a time before that there's an emergency surgery needed for a little girl who had a car accident. Her parents didn't have enough money for the downpayment. He can't afford to just watch them so helpless at that time. He offered his free Professional fee and even paid for the hospital fee of that little girl.

The girl's mother is now one of his parents' housekeepers. The mother insisted to pay him back with the service she can do by being their helper. She is so grateful to the young Dr. Co and his parents were also kind to her. They even offered her a salary so that they can have an income for a living.

He might be seen as a snob doctor, but he had a big heart.

Meanwhile...Marnie just arrived at Quezon City already. Her father sent her to her new place. Marnie will be sharing a room with her best friend Nina. She was her classmate during her college days in Batangas.

"Welcome sissy!" Nina welcomed her and accompanied her with the vacant bed in their boarding house located in Project 4, Quezon City.

"I handed my daughter with you, Nina. Please message me if she will be naughty here," Mr. Castello told Nina while winking at her.

Marnie pouted and said," Dad I'll be on my own here now. Please don't let Nina be your spy on me. I promise you I'll be a good girl here.

Mr. Castello patted his daughter's shoulder and said," I know and I trust you. I'll go ahead then," he left already. He is quite half-hearted to leave Marnie and let her be on her own. But he also wanted her to experience standing on her own and he believed that his daughter with definitely succeeds in her new endeavor.

Early morning the following day.

Marnie got a message from her android phone. "Good morning Ms. Marnie Castello. Are you free for an interview this afternoon at 4 PM? Metropharma Phils." She almost jumped for joy upon receiving the invitation and replied immediately.

"Yes, I am free. Can I have the exact location please and the list of requirements then?" she asked politely. She was so excited. She will make it a point that she will pass the interview.

That afternoon, Marnie went to Shaw Blvd with Nina's guide. "Thanks, sissy," she said.

She finished and passed the interview. She submitted all the requirements being asked from her and proceed with the medical requirements afterward.

Tomorrow will be her orientation already.

Marnie got hired and she will start her pharmaceutical career already.

She was assigned to Quezon City and Manila area.

She immediately called her father over the phone and shared the good news.

"Dad I did it. I was hired yet," she said happily.

Me. Castello smiled and replied, " I knew it. Of course, you are absolutely like your mother. See she got me haha." He was so good of his daughter. Small and big achievements of hers are worth appreciating.
