First Day at School.

I woke up from my sleep and I recall fainting after hearing Arnold speak. Did that cat speak? I don't think so. I might have imagined it. But I heard recover soon. Either way, I also want to remember everything. 'You cannot see her.' Aunt Ashley said. I heard voices from outside the room. Could Aunt Ashley be talking to the cat, Arnold? I leave my room and see the detective I saw in the hospital. His name is Detective Rogovski and he came to ask me questions. 'Hey dear, how are you feeling now?' He asks. I'm about to reply when Aunt Ashley says that he is in no position to ask about me. He tells me that my test results prooves that I had drugs in my system, lots of. I am awestruck and Aunt Ashley is even more stupefied than I am. She says, 'why did you come here today? Huh? I did not call you so just go, besides, she has not fully recovered.' After that, he shows Aunt the test results, and actually, drugs were said to be in my body system. He asks me whether I remember anything about Silver Tower. And honestly, I don't. Once again, Aunt Ashley intervened this time calling him Charles. I then realize that they were together for seven years. So why did they break up? No wonder Aunt is quick to argue with him. ' Why did you guys separate?' I ask the detective. 'Well...' He began speaking but Aunt cuts in. ' You have school Ariella, you will get late.' 'But was I a drug addict aunt?'I ask. 'No dear, not at all. I trust you. You were not a drug abuser so maybe, someone did that to you. Enough Charles, she does not recall anything about what happened on the Silver Tower. Please go now.' Aunt says. He carries his files and leaves the house. Aunt hugs me and tells me that the day it happened, I went to a party and she let me go because I was eighteen years old. When I left, I stayed out long and she called me severally to no avail. She did not call the police because she did not want to involve Charles. But she tells me that she is sure that I can't take drugs. Aunt Ashley drops me up in school. I enter the hallway and see no sign of Glenn or Nadia. The students in the hallway staring at me and when I look at them, they immediately lower their gaze. I still confidently continue walking though I don't know where I'm going. Ava and her boyfriend, James, and a guy named Steve were gossiping about me. Saying that I'm a b***h of a person. Nadia shows up and slaps Steve across the face. Oh! Nadia has good slaps. She warns him to mind his business. Nadia comes and meets me and takes me for the first lecture. It was a Chemistry class and my teacher, Mr. Browns was a very nice man. He told the whole class to understand my situation. I turn to the door side and see a hot boy at the door looking at me. I smile at him and ask Nadia who he is. Nadia turns too but nobody was there. I was shocked but my attention was diverted when sodium hydroxide poured on Jeremy, the boy beside me. I felt like I could do something but I just shut the voice telling me to react and stayed quiet. Chemistry class ended and Nadia suggested a 20 minutes walk before the next class. That sounds good to me. When we went out, we saw Glenn who was not happy. 'Nadia, you did not tell me Ariella is coming to school today, I'd have walked to school from home with her.' Glenn said. ' Don't worry, we'll walk tomorrow.' I said smiling. Just then, Jeremy shows up and smiles at me. 'Hi. How are you?' He said. ' I'm fine, and how's your hand?' I asked looking at the white bandage on his hand. ' It's better. I'm sorry I didn't see you yesterday when you came back. Maybe we'll go out sometime.' Jeremy said putting on a cute smile. Glenn responds, ' She just...' I cut in midway and say, 'Yeah, maybe we'll go out sometime but I need some time to understand some things. Okay?' I say. He smiles, nods and leaves. I asked Nadia about my parents. She puts a sad look and they take me to a cemetery and I already looked cold as I knew where this was going. They tell me how my parents, Tim and Lilo, died in a car crash but I survived luckily. Glenn says, ' and the day you went missing, you said something about your parents.' 'I don't think it's the right time to tell her Glenn.' Nadia says. Completely ignoring her, Glenn says, 'you said that you had found the murderers of your parents.'
