Azura's PoV
There are many elves in the palace, and I'm sure they notice my post in each location of the demon world.
It's a mix of poor wizards, poor vampires, and wretched demons looking for work to support their families. It's heartbreaking to think that people like this exist in the demon world.
"Will you take all of the people outside the Azura palace? Some women may wish to work as maids." Zero said something to me, and I changed my clothes.
My dress is now black, so they know I am the daughter of an immortal and a wizard; I walked out of my palace, and they stared.
"Good morning, queen!" They all yelled, why did they immediately call me Queen? Of course, I'm not the Queen of my palace, but if that's what they think, I'm okay because I'm the one who requires the staff in my palace.
"Good morning to everyone; I'm sure you saw the posters I put up around town. I need you all, and I hope you don't betray me; you don't have to--" When I saw Jeff approaching, I paused.
He was carrying a large black pig, he looked at me and shook my head, and he dashed into the palace.
"I will give you armor and weapons to guard my palace for the men and maid clothes for the women," I said, and they were pleased, so I smiled, pleased that I could help.
"Thank you so much, Queen! We are not going to betray you!" They told me that's why I let them in.
I used my power to create armors and weapons and a variety of helpers based on their size. It's simple to do because it has the potential for great control.
"While you're getting ready, I'll introduce myself," I said, and they agreed as they looked for their clothing and armor measurements.
"I'm Azura Alwina Cynthia Feax, and this one with me is Zero Klayde De Javes, and you all will serve us; if you see four beasts, don't serve them," I said, and Zero laughed.
"We will follow you, our dear queen," they all said to me.
"What if your four beasts got upset," Zero asked.
"Those four will not be upset because I am the stronger in the 4 of them," I replied.
"Are you serious, my lady?" Jeff questioned as to why he was the only one present when the other three were not.
"Yes, but why are you complaining?" He shook his head as I spoke calmly.
"No, my lady," Jeff replied, and where did he keep the large black pig he had caught?
When my soldiers and assistants had finished arranging, I told them what they needed to do: the assistants would clean the rooftop. Maybe all I'll have to do is let the dirt fall so that the helpers I hired can get to work.
"Where are the others, Jeff? Let's get started on my plan, shall we?" I informed Jeff.
"I will contact them," Jeff said.
"All right, I'll finish up here in the palace first. But, it would be best if you were here," I said, and he nodded.
"Can you do everything inside the palace? Don't push yourself too hard because we don't know when Sander will arrive," Zero said to me, and I took a deep breath.
"Don't worry about me, Zero; I'm strong, and I can do these things," I told Zero as we approached the broad middle of the palace.
I built chairs and a kitchen at the side, and I put a portrait of myself here with Zero, which surprised him.
"How did you do that?" He questioned after I smiled.
"Don't worry, I'll also put a photo of Mom and Dad here," I said as I took the photo of Mom and Dad out of my palm. I enlarged it and hung it near my throne.
"You're so good. I can't believe you get your strength from your father and your kind heart from your mother," Zero said as I turned around.
"Do you remember our promise to each other, Zero?" I questioned Zero.
"Yes, I remember that. I haven't forgotten our promise to each other. Is that our pinky promise?" When Zero asked, I noticed his hand; he was holding the cursed ring.
I took his hand in mine and felt the power that surrounded that ring; I was sad because he had this, and if I removed it, he would vanish.
"Don't look at this cursed ring, Azura; I don't want you to fail," he said, and I smiled and hugged zero.
"Thanks, Zero!" I thanked him, and we went to the second floor to put our belongings in our room.
I felt my four beasts approaching and turned around to see them kneeling in front of me.
"It's good that you arrived at the right time; let's go," I said as I entered a large room and set up a table and a chair.
I sat, and Zero stood by my side; the four of them did not sit, so I wondered.
"Why haven't you sat down yet? What are you waiting for?" I said, and they sat down hastily.
"Didn't I tell you all you could do whatever you wanted? Do I have to tell you to sit down when I'm finished sitting down?" But, of course, they didn't sit down after I told them.
"Nevermind; first, I'll tell you what happened in my life," I told them.
"I am the daughter of Caex Feax and Scarlet Questa, both of whom were killed by Sander Gabriel De'youre, an immortal like me. He is powerful and proud to be a part of this universe; he also knows various spells and different types of power." So I said, and the four of them just sat there and listened.
"Mom and Dad love each other. They have a daughter that they loved so much, and that's me, but Sander, because he's extremely jealous, also wants a queen and a good wife. He didn't get Mom because my mother loves my father." So I'm prepared to tell them what happened to Mom and Dad.
"While Mom is pregnant, Dad took good care of her," I was so nervous, I lowered my hand and stuttered.
"When my mother gave birth to me, she died because of Sander! She killed my mom, and my dad took me to run away," I said.
"Is he the one who kill your mother?" Gabriel questioned.
"It wasn't him. It was his demon minions he sent to kill Dad and us; Dad went to the fixuiroius world; Dad thought he'd be fine there. Dad thought Sander was on his side, but he wasn't," I explained again. Does Sander think that I don't remember everything he did?
Even as a baby, I could see that he had murdered my father.
"When Dad died, He had a chance to live because of Mom's request; after that, Dad died again without my knowledge because he hid everything from me," I explained to them.
Seeing what had happened and what was about to happen, I took a deep breath and tinkered with my fingers.
"You want revenge because he killed your father and mother?" Skyler clarified, and the four of them stood up.
"We will do everything in our power to support you, my lady; we will not allow him to deceive you and use you for evil," Gabriel said.
"Thank you, but before we battle him, I must first enter the elves and witches' palace here in the demon world," I explained.
"My lady, we can lend you the power of the four beasts," Zach said to me. Is that even possible? That was something I just heard.
"I'm not sure, but is that possible?" I questioned.
"We will fight alongside you," Jeff said earnestly, and I smiled.
"Thank you, everyone, and thanks to my Dad even if he is not here," I said, not realizing my tears were already streaming down my cheeks.
"Are you all right, my lady? Do you need a hug?" Skyler asked.
"It's all right; you can do whatever you want now. If I need to contact you, I'll use my mind power," I said while standing up.
"Let's go, Zero." Zero wrapped his arm around my shoulders and helped lead me to our room.
"Are you all right? Do you want me to hug you?" When Zero asked, I let go of his hand.
I turned to face Zero and bit my lower lip so hard because I've turned into like a child when it comes to this, and I want to cry and cry until I'm tired of crying.
"I miss them, mom and dad," I said softly. Then, I hug Zero and felt his warmth.
Because a werewolf-like him is so warm, I put my hand on his head and stroked it while hugging him. I was surprised when he laughed because I know he was expecting me to pat his head.
"It appears that I wanted to be in my wolf form," he said, and when I squeezed his cheek, he suddenly formed a wolf, which surprised me.
I noticed his tail moving, which meant he wanted me to stroke his head; it feels like I have a dog to care for.
I sat down after rubbing his stomach. Zero licked me, so I gave him a severe look.
"Did you know your tongue is filthy?" I told him, but he just lay there on the floor.
"I still love you even though you're like this!" I hugged him once more.
"You have me always remember that," he said to me, and my eyes widened as he ignited his affection for me.
"You're right, Zero, you're still here, and you're protecting me," I told him. I was about to kiss him when someone knocks.
Zero reverted to human form and arranged his hair, and when I opened the door, a maid with a cleaner approached me.
"I apologize, dear queen; I'll just ask if your room is dirty?" He inquired.
"My room isn't yet filthy. You can start by watering the plants in the garden." I spoke up, and Zero nodded.
"All right, my queen," she said as she walked away.
"Who is that?" Zero questioned.
"The maid will inquire as to whether she can clean my room. I told her not yet," I said, and he nodded.
"When are you going to start practicing spells?" Zero asked.
"I'll prioritize elf power over witches; I need elf form to make me stronger," I told him.
"Would you like me to assist you?" I was surprised when he told me that.
"You can't come. You know that you're a werewolf, and the elves will think that I will eat them," I told Zero, and Zero sniffed.
"If only I were like you, I could train with you," he said, and I approached him and kissed his cheek.
"Don't be sad, Zero. It's a piece of cake to learn elf form," I told him, and he smiled.
"I won't get worried about you because I know you are strong, but I know your weakness," He said. He was right; I have weakness, and it's him.
"Do you know what my weakness is?" When I asked him, he frowned.
"What is your major weakness?" He asked.
"You," I said; Zero was surprised, and he looked away.
"Why did you turn away? Are you happy?" I teased him, and he didn't look at me, so I laughed at him.
"Who wouldn't be overjoyed in that setting? I want to know that I'm important to you." I squeezed his cheek as he said this to me.
"You're adorable!" We were surprised when someone knocked again, and I asked myself, Is this a helper again?
I got up and opened the door, and Gabriel and the other three beasts came in.
"What's the problem?" I questioned.
"There are vampires downstairs who wonder why there is a palace here," Gabriel explained, and Zero and I exchanged glances.
"I will talk to them," I told them, and I quickly exited the palace, and they were all surprised.
"An immortal, why are you here, and why did you build your palace here?" It appears to be a brave man dressed in a blue outfit.
"Is it prohibited? Is the place I snatched are for sale?" I inquired of him.
"Yes, it is available for purchase! You should not build a palace here without the permission of the owner!" As soon as he said that, I approached him and touched his shoulder.
"What are your thoughts on me? A pitiful immortal? You don't know who I am, and you certainly don't know how much gold I have." When I said that, I grinned, and my eyes turned bright red.
"Is that correct? This place is available for purchase! It's also completely free! I apologize if we have bothered you!" He told me, and I laughed. I later learned that they were afraid of me.
"That's it, and you understand me! I thought you were going to trample me like garbage," I said, glaring at them and displaying my monster aura.
When they all ran fast, I laughed; the four beasts were surprised because they hadn't noticed my monster form.
"It appears that they are scared of you now," Zero said as we returned to the palace.
