Ross’s POV It was an interesting evening, no doubt about that. Julia listened to everything I said, the good, the bad, and the ugly. It was hard to read her, though. I can’t say at this point whether she will stay, or leave me as per the conditions of the contract. There was still quite a lot of my red wine left at the close of the evening. I pour myself another glass, and relax on the couch in the dim light of the waning moon as I reminisce over the highlights of the evening, since I was still feeling anxious over our lengthy discussion. Red wine is supposedly good for the heart. Maybe it could help sooth mine just a little tonight.
