I was far too restless to sleep so early. My mind was still going over all the things Ross had told me over dinner. And his request that I remain here as his packs Luna.
I still question his character, though. He seems remorseful and apologetic for his behavior… to a point. But he essentially offered no apology, only saying that his apologies would be inadequate. Which while true, doesn’t mean he shouldn’t try!
And while he claims he wants this arrangement for the benefit of his pack members, which sounds altruistic, I suspect that I would still be tied to Ross in some way. I don’t think he would want the pack members to know about this arrangement of his. That I would be expected to appear like his doting Luna in public. It would be expected that I give him another
