She’d not heard from Alexandra since yesterday, and she was starting to worry. Did something happen to her?
All night long, thoughts of what they had heard during their time in Edinburgh raced through her mind. What was going on? Who was this new King? Who was in on all of this? She needed to speak to her father about this when he was back from his trip to the Capital.
She didn’t know who to trust, so she decided it would be best to continue on as if nothing happened. She didn’t want to alert the enemy that they might have been exposed.
