Chapter 29 - Neutralizing

After a few weeks of vacation Krieldyr and Felxir returned to the palace. They still have an experiment to do so they should start that.
Krieldyr was also allowed to use the strange stone they had obtained. He will learn how to weaken that so that the vampires cannot use it against them. Also, Felxir and I would love to wear what Icerielle would give them so they really had to do it that way, otherwise one of them would be weaker.
"I'm nervous about what we're going to do but I'm confident that you can weaken him," Felxir said.
"It's not really a joke that we're going to do this. I haven't seen that in person yet. I just read that in the book. I'm not allowed in the room where it is kept because they don't want to hurt me. I'm big now and they know I can do it is written in the book so we are allowed to examine it, "said Krieldyr.
"How's that? Don't they have a book about that too? It's not possible for them to know that they can weaken the stone?" Felxir asked.
While they were vacationing on the beach Krieldyr was already reading a book given to him by his father. He already has a little of what is written there and he still remembers the process of how to do that. Besides only special Archeans are capable of doing that. Rarely is someone as capable as Krieldyr.
"I read something on the note card I saw in the book from my grandfather. He himself wrote how to do that so it's impossible for vampires to know that. Don't be too nervous," Krieldyr replied.
"Is that so? I'll just listen to him and watch what you do. I also don't know how to do it because I don't have that ability," Felxir said.
Krieldyr has already begun to do so. He picked up the stone with thick gloves. He was also wearing protective gear so that he could not get its negative energy, as were his roommates.
He has already begun to do what is written in the book. Suddenly the color of the stone changed so that the others were surprised. Krieldyr, on the other hand, is calm because that is what should happen. That means his first cast of magic was effective.
After a few minutes the color of the stone returned to normal. Krieldyr wonders how he will do that with the accessories that Megan and Icerielle will give them. He must be able to do magic that the two are not aware of.
"Done? I didn't seem to realize that ah?" Felxir asked.
"Just do it for a while. By the way, I have to try it on myself first because Icerielle will probably give me a stone like this," Krieldyr said.
Krieldyr removed his gloves. The onlookers just sniffed at him. They are nervous, especially Felxir. They couldn't do or say anything because Krieldyr wouldn't listen to them either.
"Woah, it's true what was written in the note. It has no effect on me. If it doesn't remove the negative effect, I will weaken immediately. It means that I did the instructions well," said Krieldyr.
"Then we can also remove the protective gear we're wearing?" Felxir asked.
"Of course. Let's try if there is no effect. Whoever is close to the rock is the one who will be affected. When you don't feel anything strange, it means you are successful," Krieldyr replied.
Felxir and the other guards were amazed because they had been soaked in the stone exposure for a few minutes but they still didn't feel bad. Others have tried their best and they are still strong.
"The plan was successful. Now our problem is how they won't notice Icerielle when I've done the removal of the negative energy of this they got," Krieldyr said.
"Just distract me. Sir Felxir will talk to you so that you don't lose attention," a guard suggested.
"That's a good idea. Felxir and I should always be together to make the plan easier," Krieldyr said.
"All right, I'll take care of distracting the two in case they focus too much on that rock," Felxir volunteered.
They had already informed the king that the operation to remove its negative energy had been successful.
They breathed a little easier because the vampires would think that wasn't really effective against the Archeans.
"You are really good, Son. It is only right that you really entrust such tasks. Congratulations, Son. I am very proud of you," said the King.
"I also don't feel anything strange about the rock. It looks like he's just normal. Meanwhile when I got that, that Archean weakened. Now you can still hold it," said the Queen.

They learned quickly. They have also done this several times to make them more familiar with the process. The palace cannot give what is written in the book to preserve its originality.
"Promise that no one can come out about this rock. These vampires cannot know our true weakness. Only we who are capable of removing negative energy can do and save our fellow men who are in danger when approached like this type of stone.
