Two days before Halloween
September flew by, and now it's almost time for Jake's Halloween party. Jake and I are becoming close friends, while Ty and Dianne are working through their issues. Heidi remains her usual self, and Logan and Bianca are dating. Kevin is still trying to get his mom and me to get along.
"Can't wait for the party," Dianne says as we enter the school.
"I have no idea what to wear," I sigh, passing the vending machine.
"Come over Saturday evening, and we’ll dress together after shopping in the morning," Dianne suggests.
Ty approaches us, and Dianne scoffs.
"Hi Vanessa, hi Di Di," he greets with a smile.
Dianne crosses her arms and looks away.
