Cali’s P.O.V

He hung up on me, I can’t believe that stupid f*****g prick had the nerve to hang up on me. ME! Who the f**k does he think he is? Doesn’t he know that I am the true queen and can punish him when I get my crown back? He doesn’t even want her back though, so what use is he to me? I still haven’t got a number for the other Alpha, so the only ones I can think of that can help me now are the vampires. The vampires are always hungry and they would love to feast upon a huge dragon like her. I can get them to hide her away until Adonis accepts me and makes me his queen, but then as soon as he does I’ll give the order to kill her. It's the perfect plan, but I would like to test her out in a fight first and see just what she is made of. She might be able to fight while in human form, but in dragon form she can’t and then we’ll see who the true queen is. The more I thought about it the more of a plan I came up with and the biggest part was to challenge her for the title of queen. I had my plan set up and soon the crown and Adonis would be mine and I was going to rule over the dragon kingdom like I was meant to, but I still needed back up. I took out my phone and began dialling the number of the meanest female vampire out there, Valier. I once saw her rip a guy's head off and toss it towards his mate while she was drinking from the hole where his head used to be.

Valier’s P.O.V

My phone began ringing and as soon as I saw the number I answered it. This b***h was always good for a laugh.

“Hello Cali, to what do I owe the honour of your phone call, when you haven’t bothered to call me in over a thousand years. Let me guess I am owing you that favour now.” I said, sarcastically.

“Hello Valier, yes I need a favour.” Cali replied and then began to tell me everything about her problem.

“Adonis just brushed me aside because she is his mate, but I know that he doesn’t truly want her, he wants me, so I need you to take her away and then I can get my crown back. You can do what you want with her afterwards as long as it ends with her death. She looks like a razorback dragon and she only shifted tonight. So what do you think, can you help me get my love and my crown back? I should be queen, not that slave bitch.” Cali said and at the end of her ranting and raving I couldn’t help laughing.

“Listen Cali, I know you want to be queen, but I’ve heard that he didn’t want you as his mate, let alone his queen, so why don’t you give up? Even if you do beat her, how do you know that he will change his mind and want you instead?” I asked, but she just screeched down the phone at me like I had insulted her hair or something.

“HE DOES WANT ME! I KNOW HE DOES AND I AM GOING TO GET HIM BACK! HE WILL HAND ME MY CROWN AND MAKE ME HIS QUEEN, BUT I HAVE TO GET HER OUT OF THE WAY FIRST!” Cali screamed down the phone and she sounded not only hysterical, but delusional as well.

“Alright then, how about this, challenge her to hand to hand combat first and if she beats you then you will surely beat her in dragon form because it means they have only trained her human side.” I replied, but heard her huffing.

“Just do what I tell you and then call me to let me know what happened.” I said, then hung up the phone. That b***h is crazy and is surely going to get herself killed, I thought to myself, shaking my head.

Cali’s P.O.V

What the f**k, she hung up on me. Damn it, damn it, damn it, what am I going to do now? She was the one I was counting on for all of this to work, but no, now I have lost Alpha Billy and Valier, who else can I ask for help? I looked through the numbers in my phone, but none of them would match up for what I needed, that was until I came across Mckenna’s number. If Valier was the meanest female vampire, then Mckenna was definitely the meanest male vampire out there. He would rip your head off and drink from the skull if you betrayed him.

Mckenna’s P.O.V

I was right in the middle of dinner when my phone rang and when I saw the number I groaned, but I knew that if I didn’t answer she would just keep calling me.

“Hello Cali, I haven’t heard from you for years, how have things been? What do you want or need from me now?” I asked, knowing that she only ever calls when she wants something. Selfish b***h.

“Hello Mckenna, what I need is help, your help to be more precise. You see I am the rightful queen of the dragons, but this b***h has come along and ruined it all. Adonis was mine and so was the crown, but she took it all from me and I want to get it all back. I will get it all back.” Cali replied and I listened to her, rolling my eyes at her. Does she seriously expect me to believe all this bullshit that she is spouting? Oh well, might as well play along just to get her off the phone and then I can return to my dinner.

“Listen Cali, what you need to do is woo him. Every corner he takes, you woo him, fix his lunch and take it up to him, make sure you are between them at every time and point, even ask if you could train the new girl. You can bewitch him and make him think that you will be the better and stronger queen that he needs. You know how to do it, you have done it before, but you failed to kill her. Also you could pretend that you are sick and have him help you. Do whatever you must or want to because I can’t and won’t help you with this.” I said, but then she screeched like a banshee down the phone at me.

“SERIOUSLY?!! SERIOUSLY, YOU’RE NOT GOING TO HELP ME WITH THIS?!!!” Cali screamed down the phone at me. I had a headache forming the moment I answered her call and all her caterwauling was only making it worse.

“You want this then you must be the one to do it, on your own or better yet find some rogues to help you. Just make sure that they either don’t know or don’t care that they are going up against dragons. There are plenty out there. I must go now, my dinner is screaming.” I said and hung up the phone. She is f****d in the head and is going to get herself killed, I thought to myself as I sank my teeth into my diiner, making her scream even louder and then gurgle as she choked on her own blood.

Cali’s P.O.V

He hung up on me. Why the f**k is everyone hanging up on me? I threw my phone down on my bed and grabbed my hair either side of my head,n pulling as I tried to think of what I could do next. Both Valier and Mckenna had great ideas, but neither would help me. Wait, bewitch, Mckenna said bewitch.

“The witch.” I exclaimed, letting my hair go. I could talk to the witch I met out in the woods a few years ago. I was out in the woods for a walk when I came upon a witch that was caught in a rope trap. I helped her out of it and she told me that the only reason she was there was to pick herbs for her lunch. I laughed and waved it off, not wanting to bother with her, but then she said that if I ever needed help to let her know. I smirked as I thought back on the memory and then ran as fast as I could out of my room and into the woods. I knew where the witch lived, but it would take me almost a day and a half to get there and if she wouldn’t help me in the end then I would simply take her and tie her to a tree for the animals and bugs to eat her alive. I ran past many animals that were scared of me and quickly scurried out of my way. I ran for almost twenty hours straight and because of my dragon I was able to go further than most would be able to, but I was soon getting tired and knew that I would have to rest. I knew that I was almost there, so I thought that taking a small nap wouldn’t hurt at all. My legs hurt from running as I jumped over fallen logs and went around or sometimes through thorn bushes, but the only way to find the witch’s house was by travelling by land and not flying. I slowed down to a slow walk and looked around at my surroundings. I knew this place and had been here many times before, so I knew there was a small cave around here somewhere, I just had to find it. I kept looking until I found it and then made sure that there was nothing else inside before I went in and sat down on the ground with my back against the cave wall. I closed my eyes, hoping for a short nap, but soon fell into a deep sleep.
