After I got home from kitchen duties it was almost 9:30. Dara wanted me to wait on her but I was exhausted and wanted to take a shower. When I got out and got dressed I went into the kitchen to make myself some tea and I heard my door open. Dara came in and she was smirking at me.
"Ok, why are you smirking at me?" I asked as she sat down on my couch.
"You b*tch. You failed to mention your wolf came forward and kissed him."
"How did you know about that? Oh my goddess were you and Brandon talking about me? Is that why you didn't come back down before I left?"
"Well, yes and no." She said looking around the living room and avoiding eye contact with me.
"What do you mean yes and no?"
"Well, I took his dinner to him, and before I started cleaning my station to go home Kingsleigh told me he requested dessert. I took it to him and He offered me some."
"Ok. Why did he offer you dessert? That is a little weird."
"Well, He ordered Waffle cones and vanilla ice cream and asked if I wanted to sit and have some."
"Ok. Did you?" I asked getting a little annoyed.
"Georgia, he asked for WAFFLE CONES and ice CREAM." It hit me then when she said it like that.
"He. He. He asked you to give him a blow.." She cut me off.
"Oh, my goddess no. He ordered that for dessert to mess with me because of what I said to you at the bookstore. He watched the video footage after you told him about Gamma Tilden apologizing to us and yeah he also knows I accidentally told you about walking in on him."
"Oh, goddess he didn't relieve you of your duties did he?" I asked.
"No. He told me he knew I didn't mean to tell you and said he wasn't mad. He actually admitted that he blushed when he heard me tell you that."
"He blushed?"
"Yeah. he admitted that and a few other things but he said you already knew that he was a virgin and that he had never even gotten head. He also told me he had never fantasized about anyone he knew but you were the first person. He said he only jerked to werepo*n." She said and I felt my cheeks getting warm.
"Dara, do you think he is telling the truth? I mean all the rumors and all the partying. He has had to of done something with those she-wolves. Who just sits back and says tell everyone whatever you want to tell them?" I said trying not to think about him fantasizing about me.
"Girl, He wanted the bad boy reputation. He wanted every she-wolf to think he was goddess gift to she-wolves. I think he is telling the truth. I mean why would he tell you he was a virgin and then tell me the same thing?"
"Because you are my best friend and he thinks if he tells you all of this and you tell me it would help me with my decision." She busted out laughing when I said this.
"Georgia, Why would our Alpha tell some Omega he doesn't even know personal details about his s*x life? It makes no sense. Even with us being best friends, he would have no reason to disclose any of that to me. You may not believe him but I do. I saw how red his cheeks got as he was telling me all of that. It embarrassed him to admit it to me." She said giving me an I'm right and you know it look.
"Ok. you have a point there. Until Thea tells me what she dug up on him, I still don't know what I want to do." I said as I put my head down.
"It's ok, Georgia. He understands and is willing to give you the time you need. Which I think is a sweet gesture on his part because most mates would have already been like what's it going to be and make you choose."
"I agree. It is a sweet gesture on his part and I like that he is giving me time. I also like that he wants to be friends no matter what I decide."
"Ok, Girlie. I am going to head home now and crawl my ass in bed. I have to be up bright and early to open the bookstore and then head to the packhouse for kitchen duty." she said as she walked to the door.
After Dara left I made my tea and went and crawled into bed. I grabbed my book from my nightstand and began reading. I had just finished a chapter and flipped to the next when there was a knock at my door. I got up and opened the door to find Thea standing there. I asked if she was alright and she told me she had some information for me so I let her in.
"Ok. So what I have found out is half of the she-wolves who claimed to have had some type of s*xual relation with the Alpha are lying."
"So the other half are telling the truth then. Ugh. I knew he was lying to me." I said as I cut her off.
"Georgia, stop and listen to me. Those are just the she-wolves I have spoken to. I haven't had a chance to ask anyone else. So far he is telling you the truth from what they told me."
"Oh. Sorry, I just assumed it was a half-and-half thing. So they said he just let them spread whatever rumor they wanted?" I asked while twiddling my fingers.
"Yes. I was told they would go to a guest room in the packhouse or go back to their houses and all they would do is talk or watch movies. Some of them even said he would sneak back into the packhouse to avoid being seen by his Gamma and Beta. I'll come back by tomorrow and give you more information when I get some but as of right now it looks like he is being honest with you." she said as she got up to walk to the door.
"Thank you, Thea. I'm sorry you are having to do this for me." I said looking down at the floor.
"You're welcome Georgia. I don't mind. If it takes me questioning every she-wolf in the state, I will do it because you becoming Luna will be a good thing for this pack." I gave her a small smile and she said good night.
I closed the door and sighed. So far he is telling the truth but Do I want to become Luna? Do I even have what it takes to be a luna?
