Chapter 55-Coming Together

I felt Kamaris's magic wash over me and before I knew it we were back in our room.

Kamaris placed his hands on my waist, walking me over to the edge of the bed before, stopping and turning me to face him. His eyes seemed to glow as he peered down at me intently.

His palms slowly glided up my body, his fingers gripping my leather dress and pulling it off of me in one swift move.

Then I watched with bated breath as his gaze dropped down to my full breasts, making goosebumps prickle my skin. The air between us was so charged I felt like I could hardly breathe.

His fingertips dragged down my torso, as he suddenly kneeled before me, his head leaning forward before feathering soft kisses along my navel.

"For a moment I thought I lost you." He spoke quietly, his lips grazing my skin as I felt his voice vibrate.

To hear him say those words made my heart ache..to know he believed I would leave him..it hurt.

Kamaris's arms wrapped around me, pulling me closer, tasting me while breathing me in deeply.

"I would have destroyed them Amira, I would have burned all of Alysian down just to get you back." He said with deep emotion as he spoke.

I peered down, tilting his head back, witnessing those black tears falling down his cheeks.

"I would have done everything to get back to you.." He added while I gently stroked his hair.

"I know..I know you would have, and I will never leave you...I promise."

This man kneeling before me was truly sharing all of himself with me, baring his soul to me as he cried.

"The things I have done..to know you stayed, when I saw you I couldn't believe it.." he looked down as if he were filled with shame.

"I was a broken man Amira..but you, you have made me whole somehow.." It was barely a whisper, the words going straight to my soul as he leaned forward resting his head against my bare stomach again.

I slowly lowered myself, kneeling right in front of him as I reached up, taking his face tenderly between my palms and searching his eyes.

"You were never broken kamaris, you just needed to heal." I spoke gently, reaching up on my knees as I placed a soft kiss against his lips.

"Even in those dark moments I had gone through, I was there waiting for you.. I would have waited until the day I died." I whispered, confessing how far gone I was since meeting him in the dream world..I would have waited for that Kamaris forever.

Kamaris's body shook as soft sobs left him, our embrace strong and unrelenting. We accepted each other for every flaw, every darkness, and every broken piece we carried with us. Hoping one day we would be whole again, that we would be able to bind those pieces and be whole together...at least that's what I felt..

Just then he stood slowly, lifting me up and carrying me with him as he suddenly appeared naked beneath me. My eyes glued to his as he brought me to the bed. My body craved his touch, to feel him close to me..to feel him inside of me.

I needed him as much as he needed me.

Kamaris laid me down gently, his cool hands sliding against my skin as he looked at me with fascination. His fingers caressed every curve, every inch, and every surface of my body as those wisps of shadows followed behind.

I closed my eyes gently as I felt his fingers exploring me as if he were touching me for the first time.

"You truly are the most incredible thing I have ever seen." He whispered against my stomach, his teeth dragging along my skin, causing a shiver to run through me as my breathing turned ragged.

Kamaris's movements became fevered, his hands moving quicker as he tried to touch all of me as sharp gasps escaped my lips. His fingers reached down as he slid closer to my center, his palms gently gliding over me as he groaned.

"I want to feel how wet I make you." He breathed out, delicately slipping his long finger inside of me.

His mouth reached forward and took my hard n****e between his lips. Sucking gently as his finger slid in and out of me.

"W..what is it?" I asked breathlessly, making him bend down and kiss me deeply once more.

"Nothing..you just look so beautiful right now." He whispered, his voice cracking once more as he stroked my face softly. I felt my cheeks warming from his words as I smiled up at him.

His hair fell into his eyes as I reached up, my hand brushing across his smooth moon-white skin and tucking the loose strand behind his ears.

I couldn't help but admire his high cheekbones and sharp features which made him absolutely stunning.

I trailed my fingers down, feeling his jaw before brushing my fingertips gently across his red-stained lips from the mark he had left on my neck.

"You are so beautiful." I whispered, wandering down to his throat as I truly studied him for the first time.

His eyes sparkled, those deep blues turning lighter as he looked at me. He watched me as my fingers glided across his collarbone and ended up at the place above his heart.

"You are even more beautiful here." I added gently, letting him know I saw him, I saw all of him and I wanted him to know it wasn't just about looks. It was all of him that I cared for.

I watched as his shadows seeped out before wrapping around my hand, those silky tendrils slipping between my fingers and holding me tight.

Kamaris's eyes swirled with emotions, his mouth suddenly crashing down as he kissed me passionately.

"You are mine for eternity Amira." He stated breathlessly, making my heart stop as his words filled me with butterflies.

Kamaris kissed me deeply, his length becoming hard inside of me once more as my walls tightened around him. I felt his hips start to rock while he began to slowly glide in and out of me.

Then the air changed, his movements filled with yearning as this time seemed more rushed. Our pleasure already building as he moved rapidly. His length slammed into me as I constricted around him, gasping for some much-needed air.

My arms flung out beside me, exhaustion filling me as the tremors still wrecked my body.

Kamaris bent down, kissing my breasts.

"Are you tired now?" He asked with humor filling his voice.

I nodded my head, trying to lift my arms to wrap around him but realizing I was rendered useless.

"I forget sometimes that your Emery body is still so new." He confessed before pulling out of me as he rolled onto his back while tucking me into his side.

I opened my eyes, glancing up at him as I realized he was watching me intently.

"Amira, I want to take you to see the Sybil sooner. We will leave Marudeva the day after tomorrow." He suddenly stated as I blinked up at him.

"Okay, is..is everything okay?" I asked, feeling weird about it. He hasn't brought up the Sybil in a while, I wonder why he wants to rush it now?

"Yes my love, now that we know you and Terik aren't mirror souls, I just want to check something..don't worry about it okay? Now get some sleep.." He whispered, his shadows washing over me as they began to caress my skin gently..making me lose my train of thought.

I nodded, nuzzling up against Kamaris's chest, as the exhaustion from today finally settled in, making me drift off to sleep.
