Chapter 50-Gideon's Wrath

The moment I was alone in my office, I stood abruptly before knocking everything off of my desk and staggering to the side.

My stomach wretched while I dove for the metal trash can and proceeded to vomit this black liquid feeling Kamaris's dark magic in every inch of my body.

"f**k you..I will kill you one day..and then I will finally have everything I deserve." I gritted through my teeth before sitting back and panting.

It wasn't fair..it was supposed to be me..why the f**k wasn't it me?! I don't get it..

Mother had the whole plan figured out..she had been poisoning Theia’s mind for years..making her obsessed with Kamaris by the help of black magic..it didn't take much..just a small amount of Kamaris's blood..that was more than enough to do the trick..it seeped inside of her soul forever, planting those roots.

Then she killed our father, my mother convincing her that he wanted to keep them apart..that if she killed the dark lord, Kamaris would accept her and love her. She was crazy..my mother's voice whispering in her ear and helping to drive her there..

No one suspected a thing..no one knew it was my mother behind the whole idea. She hated my father for making a fool out of her. She hated how he forced her to raise the child of his mistress..that the child resembled the dark lord the most...he was favored by father. It made my mother sick to her stomach.

It made me sick to my stomach..he was nothing but a half-blooded bastard and now he rules us all.

After turning into the dark lord, he lost all emotions, being cold and cutthroat. So I knew I had to tread lightly.

Then we heard from the Sybil that Theia’s soul hadn't passed through so we knew she would be reincarnated one day.

Father on the other hand wasn't..his job here was done.

Only those who still had a purpose to fulfill get to be reincarnated..so what was Theia’s purpose?

Then it hit me..her purpose was to make me the dark lord..

Kamaris was supposed to kill Theia again..then he would be stripped of his magic and immortality...letting me be the one to inherit them..I was the rightful owner..I trained all of my life to one day replace him..and it was all wasted.

Now something strange is happening to Kamaris..he has been changing. Ever since that woman came into his life.

Amira..the girl who everyone seems to want, me included.

The moment I heard Kamaris brought her to Dolus, I knew she was special.

Then I saw her with my own eyes..her beauty goes beyond anything I have ever witnessed with my own eyes..she is fit to be the Dark Lord's lover..she should be mine..not his.

Everything Kamaris has should be mine..and I will take it all from him, starting with Amira.

I just have to find a way..I can't go in there by myself, but if I get Terik to do my dirty work then I can take Amira afterwards..how far would Kamaris go for her?

I had never seen him act this way about anyone..even that light prick Alden is protective over her.

So many times I tried to visit her in the cells and he would be there guarding her. I can't wait to make him pay too..

I leaned my head back against the stone wall, my heart beating rapidly as I gritted my teeth angrily.

That's when a soft knock aounded on the door, drawing my attention as it slowly opened.

"My Lord, your mother asked me to check on you." Esmerelda stated softly, my eyes sliding up and down her body as she was only wearing a sheer pink dress. The moment I found out Esmerelda had captured Kamaris's attention..I requested her to visit my room right after. Making her tell me how much of a better lover I was than him..leaving bruises on her body so he could see them the next day.

"What the f**k do you want?" I hissed, making Esmerelda flinch before biting her lip.

"Well, she thought perhaps I can make you feel better." She gulped, her eyes wandering up and down my body as the look of disgust suddenly flashed crossed her face, making me even more pissed.

Mustering up my strength, I thinned across the room, my hand gripping her throat as I shoved her against the door.

"What? Does my appearance repulse you now?" I hissed, making Esmerelda shake her head no as she let out a whimper, trying to avoid my gaze at all costs.

"N...no lord Gideon." She rushed out, making me clench my jaw before squeezing tighter.

"You know what to call me Esmerelda.." I gritted through my teeth angrily.

Esmerelda's eyes widen from the realization that she f****d up.

"S..sorry..sorry dark lord." She stuttered, and that's when I inhaled deeply.

"Let's see what we can do to make sure you don't repeat that mistake ever again." A smile began to pull at my lips as I felt the magic slip from my fingers. A black mist slipped up her nostrils, making her eyes cloud over.

"Please Dark Lord..please no! I'm sorry!!" She cried out. Making me smile even wider..I loved it when they begged..

"Too late.." I whispered against her ear before turning her around and making her bend over.

I heard the screams, those fears that lay sleeping deep in her consciousness coming awake as I slid my c**k into her from behind, my head falling back as I inhaled that scent of pure terror pulsing off of her.

The louder she screamed, the harder I f****d her. Then..then I thought of Amira. Would she scream just as loud for me? What are her biggest fears?

I pushed Esmerelda to the floor before releasing everything I had onto her ass while bending over and kissing the place above her ear.

"Such a good girl. Now..you are going to lay here and think about what you did and I expect you to know better the next time." I whispered, knowing she was too petrified to respond as I stood and fixed myself before standing and groaning.

That dark magic made another wave of nausea pulse through me. Maybe I could get Terik to heal me, it wouldn't take all of it away but anything would be f*****g better than this.

I glanced back at Esmerelda one last time, seeing her curl up in a ball while covering her ears and sobbing. I felt that satisfaction rising inside of me as I couldn't help but feel happy.

Mother always knows just what I need.

That really did cheer me up.
