Jaden pov
I have been missing Alyssa all damn day. Well she's only been gone for about five hours. But I was still missing her. I kept myself busy with the new alphas, they have been doing better since the last time I talked to them. If they want to go home on time then they will do what they are told to do. i don't give a damn if their feelings are hurt. I need them to be strong, smart. caring and loving. they will learn to take care of their packs with an iron fist but with all the passion to take care of them. if i feel they have not trained enough they will stay longer then they should. Sometimes I make them stay for four to five years. it just all depends on if i want to be an ass hole or not but yeah i am tough with them you have to be. If you're not, how else will they be able to take care of a whole pack? they have to learn to fight off rogues, they need to learn how to take care of their luna. the paperwork and everything that comes with it. About four in the afternoon, I finally got a link from Chris that they are heading back home now. damn it's about damn time. I decided I would put a rose on her bed. I wanted her to be smiling when she came into her room. I made sure that women's body wash and shampoo was in her bathroom. After a long day she probably would want a bath or a shower. whatever she wants to do. I wanted to make sure she had items for it. I wanted her to know that she is wanted here. and not just a guest. When I got the link from another guard that the queen was back home, I hurried out the door to greet her. I took her in my arms and hugged her tightly. I whispered in her ear that I missed her. I think she was a little surprised but she actually said she missed me too. I wasn't sure if she meant it but I smiled when she said it. I looked over at Chris. He looked like he wanted to tell me something but really didnt. so I gave him a mindlink and asked him how everything went. Was there any trouble or danger? He said no, they hung out with friends and watched a fight, but it made me wonder, what kind of fight was it live or on a tv, where did they go to watch this fight. This wasn't done with the conversation. I'm going to walk her inside into her room. Then I will excuse myself to talk to Chris. He knew the conversation wasn't over, So I walked her to her room. I showed her the bathroom and I hope she liked the body wash. She said that what she needed was a long hot bath. Her back felt like it was full of sweat. and when I looked closely I saw a fading bruise, what the hell happened while they were gone. I left her in her room while she relaxed, I told her I would be right back. He was already in my office waiting, I jerked him off his feet smashing him against the wall,
“I thought you said everything went good, Why the f**k was she wearing a fading bruise on her f*****g face.? I let go because he couldn't talk. I had him by the throat, he fell to the floor, coughing to catch his breath.
“My king, it was nothing. She was talking to a friend of hers, she wasn't looking where she was going, she walked right into a door, that's all, we all laughed because she did. She wasn’t even hurt, you need to calm down. She is a tough woman, it didn't even faze her when it happened,’” I knew he was right. I sighed calming down,
“Chirs. I am just trying to keep her safe, that's all. I don't want the same thing happen to her, that happened to Kathrine,”
“My king, you will never have to worry about that. she is tough, trust me she is, i need to get some rest before my shift tonight, you go and spend some time with the queen, she is nicer than you think.”
Alyssa pov
I was really surprised that Jaden was waiting for us when we pulled up. He held me tight and told me he missed me. I thought it was sweet. a part of me missed him too. so I told him the same, he held my hand while he walked me to my room and showed me everything he got so I could take a shower or bath, when he left i took a look in the mirror. I saw a fading bruise, s**t i thought to myself. I linked the guard told him to just tell him i walked into a door while i was talking to a friend of mine, i would make it up to him later on. He agreed and did just that, While I was in the bath soaking, he told me it worked. He wasn't sure where he was going but probably back up to me, the link turned off and i relaxed my sore bones in the very hot water, I laid back in the tub closing my eyes to relax. I wondered when my next fight would be, hopefully i won't get a call for about a few days. I needed to train hard and gain some muscle in my body. my thoughts were interrupted when i smelled his scent. I knew he had come back into the bathroom to check up on me. I pretended I didn't know he was in the bathroom. but I just couldn't. His scent was overpowering,
‘Are you going to join me? or are you going to just stand there and watch me all day. I guess I didn't have to ask twice because he was right in the tub with me really fast. I chuckled when I opened my eyes when he was fully in the tub. I was thankful that the tub was as wide and huge as it was. He was a big man,
"So what did you do today while I was out with friends?” well I knew it was time to get to know each other, it's onlybeen two whole days since we have been together, and i already punched him in his face. I kinda feel bad about it now. violence doesn't solve anything. if it did not stop now it would have become dangerous, So I promised myself i would not hit like that ever again, slap yes, punch no.
“I visited the training alphas and lunas, I think you will have to talk to these lunas the way they are dressed. I have told them it will change, But they have not listened to me, they think I am something to drool over. and since my mate is here now. I do not feel comfortable being around women without my mate, I suddenly stood up from the bath, got out of the tub and told him to get dressed and to head to the luna side of the castle,
‘I wasn't talking about now Alyssa,”
“Well, I am. So let's get dressed and go talk to them. Are they still doing the flower thing or what are they doing right now?" I was getting dressed when he told me that they were doing the party planning training, i looked at him like he was nuts,
“Don’t think I am going to be a girly girl like that. That's going to change right now. so lead me to the Luna side, because I'm going to have a talk with them.” Yes I was jealous but he didn't have to know that. He led me to the elevator, I didn't know that we had those. Something new I guess. When the doors opened we stepped out. The girls were in a room doing something with some kind of flowers, I rolled my eyes. When we opened the door to the room they stopped what they were doing and stood there looking only at him. i could had sworn they were drooling, that did it for me, I cleared my throat they slowly turned to look at me smirking, thinking i was just a another luna to join in,
“Excuse me. when we come into the f*****g room. You should be bow am I correct?” when they realized I was the queen, they quickly bowed their heads. ‘Now I had heard that when the king was talking to you today. All you wanted to do was just look at him like he was just a piece of meat. hear this bitches. he is off limits, he is mine. Do you see that mark on his neck? That is the mark that I gave him. as of today, there will not be any flower planting party planning s**t. You will be training just like the guys do, Do any of you even know how to fight?” I saw a few raise their hands. some didn’t. some looked scared, but that look of fear is going to slowly fade away the time i get done with them,
‘Tomorrow morning. I want every single one of you out in that training ground, and if I see you wearing anything sluty, you will be right back in here changing your clothes, is that clear?” They all said yes, Queen. ‘Good. be out there five am in the morning, if you are not, you will have cold ass water thrown on you. If you think I'm joking, try me. just try me. because you will be soaking wet from water. is that clear, I don't think you want your mate knowing while you was here that you was drooling over the king, just remember he's mine,, i turned to walk away, but turned back around, five am ladies, and i mean this,
