Rogue king pov
The last time I heard from Sapphire, she had told me that the king was holding a matting ball to find his mate, and that was about a few days ago. had he found his second chance mate or did he choose a mate, I will have to give Sapphire a call and find out. I know she has to be careful, she is the one that had a hold of Kathrine when my pets went running inside, they were talking she was trying to keep her from going into the safe room and it worked. I didn't want her killed but she wouldn't go with my pets. Sapphire stabbed her and they finished her off. They had no choice, but to get rid of her the same way they got rid of some of the guards, I will need to call her in a few days to see what has been going on.
The Elder Joseph pov
I was in the meeting room when one of my runners brought me a letter. I was not the one that wanted to go to the kingdom to bother the king. But some of these ass holes wanted more power, and they thought trying to push Jaden off his throne was a good idea, I felt like it was a bad idea. When they finally came home they told me that Shadow came out and threatened to kill them. I could only shake my head. thinking they had deserved what he did to them. I even know that Shadow was the king. He just needed his human, Jaden was a powerful man that could kill you with just once hit. I knew not to go. I took the letter from his hand and looked at the markings, it was from the kingdom, I wondered if he had found his mate after all? I opened the letter and read it,
‘To the elders,
I am writing to inform you that my brother has found his mate. They have mated and marked each other. I am sure that you will be coming to the kingdom to make sure i am telling the truth, But I will warn you. do not come here threatening us, we did what you have asked, this is our home that we were born and raised here, so it's time to back the hell off, We will be seeing you soon. I started laughing. This woman has some balls, I liked her already. I will be the one that will visit. of course with another Elder, i put the letter away and wrote a letter myself,
‘I am pleased to hear that the king has found his mate, I will be there in a few days to check up on them. i will be there not to cause no drama, all I want is peace,

I don't make the rules, I just fix mistakes, i am the leader of the elders, and they do not like me. so when they come inside the meeting they are not going to like what I say.
Sapphire pov
I have been gone for a few days. I had missed the royal mating ball, but it was nothing but females. I wasn't going to stay for that. even though I was supposed to. I already knew I wasn't the king's mate or he would have marked and mated me by now and would have not let me go on a visit to another town. I arrived at the castle around six pm. I saw the guards guarding the doors as always. I took my suitcase from the backseat and headed inside. Well lets see who his new mate is if he had found her. I really didn't want to do this anymore, I helped him ruin his life once. and I saw what it did to him. He went crazy killing every rogue that he ran into. It was a nightmare. If I do this again. this might drive him to the point of no return, this man better have money in his hand when i get done this time, because I need enough to get the hell out of this country, i will need to go somewhere where I am not found. I ran into Janice, she had a huge smile on her face,
‘Woman where have you been? You missed everything. We have a new queen and Jaden is more happier than he has been in years. Would you like to meet her?” I was surprised, even Janice liked her. I was worried that if she liked her then I would have to be really careful.
“Yes. I would love to meet her. Where is she?”
“Come on. Follow me. I will introduce you to her.” I followed her to the top floor and knocked on the door. This was the king's room. oh that's right she was the queen. I heard someone coming to the door, it was answered by a beautiful woman, wow I thought. She is beautiful.
‘Alyssa, I want you to meet a good friend of mine. Her name is Sapphire, she is my right hand man and does paperwork when I can't do it at the time.” Janice didn't see me looking at Alyssa, I knew this girl from somewhere I just could not place her. but she's the queen. I'm not going to ask her anything. i bowed down out of respect then held my hand out to her,
“Its very nice to meet you my queen. if there is anything that you need or need to find or want to go shopping i will be at your service,"She nodded smiling,
“Thank you, it's very nice to meet you as well. But as you see i'm just a tiny bit busy right now, but i would love to get to know you tomorrow, if you are awake a five am in the morning, please be at the training ground with the rest of the lunas, these bitches need to learn how to fight, instead of party planning, and making flowers and stuff,” I was laughing hard, because she has no idea what she was dealing with, I was a good fighter no one has beaten me yet. Janice is the same way, we will see how she really is being the queen in all, she didn't look that tough but we will see.
“I will be out there five am sharp dressed for training, I will see you there, I bowed once again then left to head to my room. I think I am going to like this queen. but we will see how tough she is, Kathrine was never into training, that's how i got to her.
