In the next morning, as I get up to my balcony and feel the cold wind blows to my rosy skin and it's going to be a great day for me as always. You never know when it's going to be over, so I refuse to have a bad day. I closed my eyes, thinking to pull myself together. Last night, my father keeps asking me to work with him. Well, for his company of course. But I'm thinking that I was too young to work. Isn't?
After, I get myself a bath and ready for enjoying my life. When I walk downstairs, I saw my bodyguard waiting for me at the foyer. Ughh, I almost forgot about this dumb guy. My father hired a bodyguard for me because he was worried about me like he's afraid that I would be kidnapped or something that shouldn't happen to me.
Duhh, I almost 25! Why would he have to worry about me?!
"Good morning, Miss Delaire. Where would you like to go, today?" Asked my bodyguard.
"Mall. As usual. Why do you have to ask me again?!" I asked in a harsh tone to him. And...
What is his name? Does It was Ryann? Lynn? Whatever his name was. I don't care that I was rude. I have a lot a bodyguard once, they've quit because they said like they couldn't stand with my 'attitude’.
Oh please, it's my natural behavior to do at your guys.
"Miss? Can we go now?" My bodyguard asked, snapping out my thoughts. I didn't realize I wasn't saying anything. "I am going, don't you see I was walking down?" I said making my way to exit.
"But you just stand there like a minute ago..." I hear him mumble.
"Are you talking back?" I grunted. He shook his head frantically and lead me into my limousine. During the mall, I was looking at outside seeing the buildings, trees, and people who are walking in the streets. I look at my bodyguard who was driving to the destination.
I once flirted with him when he was my bodyguard for the first time. He was a gorgeous guy that I ever saw. With his long brown locks, his brown eyes and his cheekbones damn it was sexy. But he was a dumb person just like the other ex-bodyguards. Emotionless.
After arrived at my favorite mall, I walked to my besties, Annabeth and Rachel, that waiting for me at our usual café. "Hey, girls," I waved to them as they greet back. I went to sit beside them, but they just drool over my bodyguard, standing behind me. "Hello? I'm over here!" As I snap them to looking at me.
"How many bodyguards that your father hired this time?" Asked Rachel glanced at my bodyguard.
"I don't even remember,” I spat. “Any plans for today?" I asked them, took Annabeth's coffee for a drink. "Of course, the latest dresses, girl! Your bodyguard will follow us, right?" Asked Annabeth with a grin. "Yeah, he will," I said, glaring at him. "Okay, let's go!" Annabeth dragged my arm and Rachel to lead us the entrance.
