After the party, I asked Annalise brought us to Rachel. We figured Rachel would bring that person to her secret place. Annabeth parked her car and we saw Rachel with someone on the park bench. We sneak peek on them. Find out who the guy that she will be with. "Are you sure about this? I'm afraid Rachel will be mad at us--" I cut off by shushed her because she's too noisy. "Don't worry about it. We only spying," I said, watching at them. "We? Ellise--" I groan, "Shut it, Annabeth. We just take close look," I said as we are silently hiding behind the hedge. After a few minutes, they suddenly get up from the seat, looking with each other but I can't see that guy's face because they were so close. "Are they going to kiss?" Asked Annabeth just like I thought. They get close approximately, chest to chest. Rachel touches his face as that guy reaches her back. And... they kissed. "Is it romantic between them?" Said Annabeth, fangirling all sudden. Out of blue, my phone rings in my bag. Damn it. It ruins my plans. "Shut your damn phone, Ellise!" Annabeth shrieks in a whisper. " Shut up, I'm trying. I'm trying," I immediately pick my phone out to look it was from Hank. Oh, God. For real?! I declined the call and I look up to see Annabeth just staring with her mouth was widened open. What did she look at?  When I looked at Annabeth's direction... I saw.  "Flint?!" I abruptly stand up from the bush. Rachel was shocked also Flint. I can't believe my friend is dating my bodyguard. "Ellise? Annabeth? What are you guys doing... here?" Asked Rachel sheepishly. "We-are just-just--" Annabeth stammered while my heart was full of madness. "What the hell, are you here with my friend?!" I shout at Flint in a rage. He took a step back, "Miss Delaire. It just misunderstood--" Flint imply. "Misunderstood?!" I snap and Rachel already looked devasted. "No. I mean, I didn't mean to date with your friend." He said. "Didn't mean it? You know what, you are fired! I don’t want to see your face in my place tomorrow!" I shout in his face and walked away. "Ellise, please don't mad at him. It was me. I'm the one that wanted him." Rachel begged, grasping my hand. I can't mad at her, she was my childhood friend. It's Flint’s fault. I liked him once, but he just ignored me. That's why I called him the dumbest! I hate to be ignored. I can't believe he just makes out with my own friend. "It's not your fault, Rachel," I said and just walked away. "Hey, wait for me! I'm the one who brings you home!" Annabeth shouts, chasing after me. Just I get home, I've thrown my bag on my bed and slumped on the mattress, thinking that I just fired my bodyguard again. It's time to talk with my father that I don't need a bodyguard. It was ridiculous. I pick out my phone and dial Hank’s number. "Hello? Ellise? Where were you? I was worried sick about you, babe" "I'm okay. I'm sorry I didn't pick up earlier. It just... I was busy at that time." I spoke, fiddling my platinum blonde strand. "That's glad to know. Are you sure you were okay? it seems you sounded upset. Did you want me to come over?" "No, it's okay. I should get sleep" I yawned, blinking my eyes. "Okay, goodnight, Babe. I'll see you tomorrow. I love you." I just hang up the call and crawl to my pillow to my slumber.
