"Dad ?."
Dad turned towards me, didn't say anything though just pulled mom and Tessa with him, and turned to leave the room. Not before giving a stern nod to Aiden. Which he returned. Mom closed the door still confused about what was happening. I was still on my bed. Shyly look at Aiden. Because he has that effect on me.
"Lara."
"Hi."
"So.. do you like the dress ?."
I blinked a little.
"You brought me the dress ?."
"Yeah, well I had a little help too. But do you like it?."
I didn't say anything at all, all I did was stare at it. Take in the beauty.
"You don't like it do you." I turned back to see the regretful face Aiden had. He looked like a pup.
"No, no nooooooooo. That's not it. I love it. It's just that. The dress is really beautiful and expensive." I told him still looking at my gift.
"You know you didn't have to do this right."
"Yeah, but I wanted to. I never thought I would have you.
I mean." He said nervously while walking a little closer to me and knelt down in front of me. Took my hands in his and continued.
"I'm 26. And I thought you were dead or didn't wanna find me, because I tried. Tried a lot. And I finally found you. when I found you I felt complete again. Happier." He smiled at me. I could tell he meant it all.
"I am happy too."
He stood up and gave me a kiss on my forehead. And looked me in the eyes.
"You are really beautiful."
He whispered. I couldn't help but blush.
"Alpha. She has to get ready."
My mom said entering the door.
"Oh yes, yeah, of course." I knew he didn't want to leave I didn't want him to leave either. We both gave each other a sad look before he left.
"God he is madly in love with you." Mom had an amused and cheeky look on her face when she said that. She is such a teenage girl sometimes.
"Okay stop daydreaming and come on."

"Almost mom. You know I have a big butt because of you."

"I still think it's you, mom, oh my," I scream came out of mine.
"What? what happened." Mom ran inside at an inhuman speed.
"Awww, my baby. You are really growing."
Mom started to cry when she looked at me.
"Mom don't cry, I will cry if you cry."
"Don't you dare cry young lady There was a lot of work put into your makeup." After a few seconds, we both burst into laughter.
"But you do look, beautiful sweetheart. Your father would just cry and I cannot wait to see it."
my mom said it smirking.
"Mom did anybody ever tell you-you are mean."
"No, not to my face why, did you hear it somewhere."
She said it with a smirk on her face.
"You scare me, lady."
I Said backing off. Looking at myself in the mirror again. I looked beautiful. Like a princess. The dress was breathtaking. But heavy. Who cares it's beautiful.
"Luna." Sabine entered my walk-in closet. With food in her hands.
"Oh thank you, Sabine, the future queen hasn't eaten anything yet."
Mom said taking the plate from her hands and started feeding my the food.
"You look beautiful Lara."
Sabine said with a beautiful smile on her face.
"Thank you." We both hugged each other, and Sabine had to leave. Mom made me sit and finish the food. She kept staring at me.
"Mom STOP."
"What ?."
"You keep staring at me it's freaking me out."
"Oh, I am sorry sweety... You know what I am just gonna watch some tv."
She said turning on the tv.

After a little while, we heard little footsteps coming towards my room. And we knew who it was
"Mommy look." Tessa came running inside the room She was wearing her princess dress. She looked so beautiful

"Daddy dressed me."
"Oh wow he did a great job."
Mom was fawning over her. Tessa turned to look at me and her jaw dropped. She was in an aww. Mom let her come to me. She slowly walked towards me. I smiled and bent a little to reach her height.
"You look like a priwcess Lara. Are you really a priwcess." She asked me, hoping the answer to be yes. I played along with her and nodded my head.
"That's so COOL. I'm gonna tell am my fwiends."
She was quiet after a little while.
"What happened Tessi?."
"I wanna look like you Lara.
You look beautiful."
"But why Tessi.". She gave me a confused look when I made that comment.
"You are already beautiful. Actually, you are the most beautiful girl I have ever seen."
Her face lit up.
"Really Lara."
She whispered.
"Yes, princess."
"Mommy I'm a priwcess." She said jumping all over the place. She stopped and gave me a tight hug. And I hugged her back.
"Girls everything is ready to let's. dad looked at all three of us, and I am 100% sure I saw tears in his eyes. Dad is not ready for this.

I can do this.

I kept chanting. You know I thought I had my life all figured out. Like I was done with school and I had to apply for college. Finish college and make dad and mom proud, still, train the new pups, I wanted to start my own business, I had so much planned. For the past 20 years of my life, I have been thinking that this will be my life.
But I was wrong.
Nobody could have predicted it, okay maybe moon goddess Could, she is wicked. But seriously, my life is going to change from today. I will be a queen, I will be declared the queen in a few hours. This will no longer be my home. I will have to leave my friends, family. Dad was still not okay with this. Every time he saw me he would hug me a cry a little. My dad may be a big bad alpha. But he will still be my teddy bear.
"Lara."
I turned around to see Emma running towards me.
"Emma don't run."
I yelled at her. This is one crazy she-wolf.
"I'm so happy for you Lara, you deserve this you know. Everyone is going crazy. The alphas daughter is the king's mate. God, you are popular now." I snorted at the comment.
"Please, I was always popular."
We both burst into laughter.
"You really do look beautiful you know. My Queen."
That title gave me anxiety. It was a big role and was not sure if I was ready for it yet.

"Lara you okay ?."
"Hmm?... Yeah, yeah I am okay."
I assured her.
"Emma there you are."
"Here you go. A Pumpkin pie and a very much dead bear in the backyard for Arizona."
It was her wolf's name. I was in shock.
"Dead bear ?. You know what never mind."
I knew prego she wolf's had crazy and disturbing cravings. And I was okay with it, as long as I didn't see it. She looked so happy when he said that. And she gives him a big kiss. Aww. They both parted away and Jonathan looked at me.
"Wow, Lara you look great."
"Thank you, Jonathan."
My mom came inside the tent I was in.
"Everyone is ready for you sweety, the Alpha is here too. You know what to do right. Walk together, say your vows and that's it."
"Okay, mom I am ready."
Everyone left and I was all alone in the tent. Again chanting "I can do this", over and over again.
"You look beautiful.".
I turned around to see Aiden standing there in an amazing three pieces suit. All Blacks. He was dripping sexy, I could just die. with love dripping from his eyes. I could see he adored me. We didn't know each other that well, but I felt like we did. I blushed a little too.
"Thank you. You ...You look amazing too. Like really really amazing, charming, and all."
I said nervously. What the f**k am I doing? I thought to myself. He was so amused, he is so hot.
"Thank you. But I could never compare to you. You are everything I ever wished for and more."
He steps a little closer to me and continued.
"I know you have to change a lot of things for me. I really wish you didn't have to. But I have a responsibility and I and my people need their queen, you. They need you. I need you."
He cased my cheeks, not blinking one time.
"I promise to will give you the life you deserve and more, much more."
He took a deep breath and asked me.
"Lara, will you take me Aiden, as your mate and your king?."
He was patiently waiting for my answer. But I think I was just shocked by his words. I knew I had to answer and I said it.
"Yes."
He smiled like he was on top of the world. Like he had got everything he had wanted. I could see him relax I little know.
We both smiled at each other.
"You just made your vows."
"Yes, I did. I wanted to tell you this in person. Just you and me, You make me really happy. You keep my beast at bay."
He was talking about his wolf. I had heard stories about his wolf, Xavier a killing beast. A monster they call him.
"But he won't ever hurt you. He adores you actually, calls you his Queen."
He assured me, I think he sensed my fear. But I knew Aiden and his wolf both would never hurt me.
"Am not scared of him."
I said back. He had a grin on his face. I knew he was happy. And I was happy to make him happy.
"Are you guys ready?."
Mom again came inside.
"We are ready."
I told her.
She smiled at us and nodded her head and left saying.
"Whenever you are ready."
Aiden looked at me and said.
"Lead the way. My queen."
