I just want one thing right now, and one thing only: to disappear. Maybe if I pretend I'm invisible, I'll actually get my wish and other people won't be able to see me. The humiliation I suffered tonight is worse than my divorce and even worse than finding out that my family basically sold me to my ex husband. This was supposed to be my chance to start over, to finally live my own life and be happy. I am beginning to wonder what's the point of all this struggle?
