So it looks like Mr Le Blanc senior has passed down everything to his son after he retired, because on top of giving Thomas the reigns of their companies, it appears that he also gave him all his bitterness and meanness, clearing himself of them.
Despite all the warnings I got from his own daughter, the old man has been nothing but sweet to me. He even agreed to meet with me further to show me some more pictures of the ring and tell me the story of how he proposed to his late wife.
