Lucy warned me about how difficult and tough her father is, and begged me not to take it personal if he comes off as really cold and dismissive. To be honest, I am not expecting anything else, seeing as I have already met Thomas, so his father surely wouldn't be a jolly old man, just casually enjoying his retirement and making corny dad jokes. The only thing I hope for is that he will not be as rude and as petty as Thomas.
