What A Sight!

Logan's p.o.v

I had just walked back in to the house but had to stop. There was a spicy cinnamon scent lingering around the house. I looked in a few rooms but found the smell going up stairs and in the kitchen. It's been a long time since we had any guests at the house but then I remembered that dad said Nick, Leanne and their daughter would most likely be here when I got back, But why could I  only smell one new scent? 

"That could be the scent of our mate! It's making me what to loose my mind but if she isn't 18 yet then we wont know till her birthday but this is the first scent I have ever found sexy! .. It would be this strong to us if her birthday is very soon, Like the next few days.. Find her now!" Devilin has never spoken so many words at once. I was shocked at first but if this could be our mate then I can understand why he was so talkative. I have to agree its the first scent I have ever found appealing too.

"Wow! Someone's talkative!.. You really think this scent could be her? The one we have been looking for? God I hope its Angel.. I have never got that blue eyes little girl out my head!."

"Shut up... More walking, Stop talking! Find the girl!" He growls back. Now that's more like him. We have always got on great. I don't tell anyone but Me and my wolf are the same personality wise. I hear people complaining about their wolves all the time, How they are assholes or argumentative with their humans but I have never found that. I shout out to dad see where he is and if he knows anything.

"Dad!.. Where you at?" 

"Out back Logan!" I hear my dad and start walking through the kitchen. The smell gets better and better the closer I get. I can see the most stunningly beautiful girl I have ever seen. Long honey golden blonde hair, Porcelain like skin and blue eyes that could stop any man in there tracks. That must be Angel.. Wow! I can still see the little girl but now she is a woman. I come to stand with dad, Angel and Jake.

"Who's the new girl dad?" I ask as I don't want to look like some obsessed crazy stalker.

"This is Nick and Leanne's daughter Angel.. Can you remember her?" He asks. Hell yes! I remember her.

"Vaguely! I remember the little girl they had but she's changed quite a bit... I'm Logan this old git's son." I put my hand out to shake and as her hand grips mine I feel a fiery tingle.. She is our mate. I just can't feel the full bond yet as she can't be 18 yet!

"I said the scent could be our mate and she is!!.. Tell her, Take her in your arms before someone else claims her NOW!" I can feel Devilin pushing at my mind to force me to do what he said.

"Dev for f**k sake we can't do that till she's 18!.. Back down and we will stay by her side till her birthday and then I will claim her and anyone else who tries we will just tear them a part!.. Okay?"

"Fine but you best not lose our mate!"

"So where are Nick and Leanne.. I would have thought they would be out here with you?" I say to distract myself but I see a flash of sadness from Angel and dad links me.

"Touchy subject son.. They are dead, 15 years ago and she lost her human parents yesterday too."

"f**k, Dad Angels my mate when she 18?"

"Really, That's great and tomorrow .. I have always thought of her as a daughter and now she will be.. Take it steady with her she has been through a lot"

"s**t, Sorry Angel.. So on a different subject.. I guess your checking her training level?" I ask to change the subject. One I don't want to bring up painful memories for her and two I just want to hold her in my arms when she looks like that and I can't yet. I will heal your heart baby, Don't worry your not alone now.

"She's good.. Well trained considering everything." Jake says. I'm  proud as Jake doesn't often complement a fighters skill and she must be really good for him to say that.

"What.. That I was trained by humans.. They was ex marines.. What did you expect?" She snaps.. Ooo my girl has teeth. I'll have to remember that.

"No that's not what I meant.. I mean that considering you haven't been in our world.." Jake explains. I have never seen him like that before.

"Have you shifted often or just when necessary?" Dad asks to change the topic. Thank goddess for dad's little save there.

"I shifted a lot when I was younger. Kyle and Kathrine would take me running in the woods on the back of their land. As I got older me and Eva would run three or four times a week.. I can shift in about 3 seconds last time Kyle timed me." She says and when she talks normal its like Angels singing. She has the perfect name for the way she looks and speaks. I wonder if she has a devilish side. Now that would be sexy.. I hope she isn't one of these shoppy happy bitchy girls that are always gossiping and shopping. She suddenly shifts and I stand amazed at the pure white wolf in front of me.. She is my size too considering she has Beta blood she is big for her ranking. Well she was born to be my Luna. 

"Ok we believe you.. Jake go grab her some clothes." Dad says but I am still watching her, She turns her head as if she doesn't understand why dad asked for clothes for her. She shifts back to herself just as fast and I go to move to cover her but she stands there in the same training gear she was wearing from before she shifted.. Wow.. This girl is amazing she keeps shocking the hell outta me!

"How do you do that?" I ask as I walk around her. It looks like I am just shocked but I check her out at the same time and her ass! f**k I wanna grab that ass. she must be a perfect 8! Her chest is more than a handful and I have to shake the images Devilin is showing me of what we can do with that body of hers and how we can make her scream. 

"What? I always shift like that." Her voice cuts the picture show in my head. 

"No I mean shift back and still be in the same clothes.. We tear ours if we do that and shift back naked!" I ramble out.

"I thought all wolves shifted like this.. I didn't know I was doing anything different." I can see her puzzled look and her eyes fogging as she talks on and off with her wolf who I guess is the Eva she spoke of earlier.

"Guess it's another special thing about Eva... Why don't you two take today off from everything and show Angel around.. Her 18th birthday is tomorrow so I want to organize a bonfire to celebrate... Go on you three." Dad says. He must have seen me checking Angel out and took pity on me.. Basically sending me off to have time with my mate. I jump at the chance.

"Come on, Let's go for a walk around the pack lands. If its your birthday we can go down to the mall.. You can tell me what things you like and we can pick some presents up for you." I really want to spoil her and find out a little about her if I can.

"Mall? I'm not a shop till you drop kind of girl.. But, Ok if you two want to." We nod and I grin as I get my wish.. She's no girly girl! Thank f**k!

"So what kind of girl are you?" I ask with a little cheeky smile.

"Not a girly girl that's for sure.. I'm like a kick ass babe.. Give me any sports or assault courses I'm happy or weapons! I have a couple of hand guns and a few blades." Hell yes! I could howl at the woman I have got as a mate! 

"Don't look so shocked you two.. Just because I'm named Angel and I look like one.. Does not mean I actually am one!" She sasses as both me and Jake must have a wide shocked expression look. She looks the whole girly girl, Neither of us expected her to be in to weapons and combat training. We walk to the mall and as I push open the door, I take her hand. She doesn't fight me or pull her hand away after so I stay holding it. I had watched the curious glances from male wolves as we walked to the mall and all I wanted to do was shout f**k off, She's mine! .. This way they can see she is with me if not officially yet. 

"So what kind of phone have you got?" I ask as One, I want her number and Two, If it's crap I'm getting her a new one.

"Oh I left it back at the house when I burned it down." I stop. 

"Burned it down?" I ask as why would she do that?

"Yeah, It was a plan my human parents and I had if rogues ever killed them. To stop any wolf following my tracks either with scent or technology." She says .. Rogue what the hell have I missed here? I need some time just me and her so I link Jake.

"Hey.. Angel's my mate.. I kinda need some time just me and her. Can you slip off for a bit?"

"No problem but remember as she is the white wolf.. Others will be drawn to her so I will stay around the mall, Just incase anything happens and you need back up for any thing.. Link me when your leaving." I nod my thanks and see him slip away. I bring us to a stop as I'm still holding her hand. I pull her towards me and wrap an arm around her waist. I gently caress her cheek. What I am about to ask from her will be hard for her so I need her to know I'm right here for her.

"Hey, Babe.. Just stop a second.. Its obvious I have missed some s**t here.. I don't want to drag up painful memories for you but can you tell me what the hell has happened in the last 24 hours please, Sweetheart?" I ask her. I need to know what the hell has happened to my girl! I see her take a deep breath, Readying her self for a hard discussion...

Angel's p.o.v

I stand in front of him with his arm wrapped around me. No one has ever held me like this and as he touches my cheek I look in to his eyes and I could just fall for him right here, Right now. s**t what am I doing?

"Don't pull away from him Angel.. I think he's our mate.. We will find out for sure at midnight but I'm all most positive he's the one!... He makes us feel safe and loved .. Talk to him Angel.. Tell him it all." I have always listened to Eva and I think its best I do now too. Beside I just don't want to move away from him.

"Okay.. Eva say's to tell you and I always listen to her.. Yesterday I was at a keg party with a few friends in the woods behind my house.. It was just gone midnight when Eva yelled at me to run.. Rogues had picked up our scent... I ran and once I was far enough from the others I shifted in to Eva.. I told dad who was waiting up for me that we had incoming rogues.. We armed up and mum shouted that she had contacted the pack... I don't know how she did but they came but to late.. Anyway we all turned back to back and they broke down the doors.. They tried playing mind games but nothing worked. They all charged in and we took as many out as we could.. My gun jammed so I shifted in to Eva again and was fighting when I heard mum scream. Dad was attacked when he was distracted by mum and I tore the rogue off him... Shadow pack must have turned up then because they all legged it... Dad told me to go with the shadow pack and only trust them.. I pulled mum in to his arms and he died like that.. They had always trained me to burn the house down if they died to stop any wolves tracking me.. So I grabbed the drop box and my stuff and burned it down... Jake brought me here after." I stand and explain. He wipes a few stray tears away off my cheeks.

"Don't worry babe.. We will find them and I will tear them apart for you." He whispers.

"Why do I feel like this with you? .. Like your my home, Safe and... Loved!" I whisper back and look down shyly. I feel his fingers under my chin as he brings my face up so he can look in to my eyes.

"Because I think we are mates, Sweetheart... Devilin was going crazy at your scent this morning when we walked in to the house.. I know I said I only vaguely remember you but that's not true.. I remember the blue eyed little girl that was my best friend very well.. I have never been able to get you out my head and when I smelt a strange females scent this morning I prey it was you Angel.. I hoped you was my mate.. I want to stay with you until midnight if you will let me? So we know for sure.. And I really want to kiss you right now." He says back. He is so close, If I leaned up just a little more I could kiss him.. He would be my first kiss.

"Eva has just said the same, That she is all most positive your our mate... I've never been kissed before and the only thing I know about mates is that they are your true love! Soul mates as humans put it." I ramble out a bit at him.. My belly is full of butterflies and I am so nervous because I really want him to kiss me right now. I look to his lips and then back up at his eyes. They are so dark with a passionate lust.. Don't ask how I know that but I do!

"Let me be your first then." Is all he says before he closes that little gap and kisses me. With one arm pulling me as close as he can get me and the other softly on my cheek, I fall in to him. Small sparks are against my lips and a fire is starting in side me. I feel his tongue lick against my lip and I open up for his tongue to caress against mine. At the first touch of our tongues I'm completely lost to this feeling that is rioting through me. We twist and turn as the passion stokes up in us before we have to break away for air. He doesn't move far back as we both look at each other. He leans down and pecks my lips again before leaning fully back.

"Wow... Now I know your my mate... You have to be with the way that felt.. Devilin is begging to mark you right here." He whispers as his fore head is placed on mine.

"What's marking?" I ask and he looks at me.

"Let's go do some shopping.. I want to spoil my mate for her birthday tomorrow.. Then we can go get some lunch and I'll explain everything about mates... What do you say to that idea?" He asks with a wide smile and its stunning to see. I find my self smiling back in a way I haven't smiled at anyone before.

"Okay.. Sounds like a plan.. I seriously am not a girly girl though!" I joke and we walk further in to the mall only now he walks with me glued to his side and his arm around me...
