As we got back to the pack house we was greeted by dinner. I hadn't realised we had been out so long, We had had lunch at the café but with us sat there for hours getting to know one another the time had run on by. We both sat down side by side at the table with Jake his mother and father and Alpha Leon. I silently watched as the conversation went back and forth. Telling stories of Jake and Logan growing up. I wish I could have been apart of all this all my life with my real folks... But then again I wouldn't have met Kyle and Kathrine. They wouldn't have had the pleasure of having a daughter and I wouldn't have know what amazing people they both were.. Its strange to see how some decisions can effect so many lives so greatly. After dinner Leon go to grab the photo albums and shows me photo's of Logan and Jake growing up. Part way through one of them he points out my mum and dad. Wow! I look so much like them! 

"Yes we do, Don't we?" Eva says with such a soft whisper to me.

"Mum was so pretty and dad looked every inch the warrior!" I tell her as I keep turning photo's and see mum pregnant with me and then me as a baby in my mum's or dad's arms. Even one with Logan holding me while sat on the sofa!.. Then as I began to walk there was more pictures and in every one there is Logan either at my side or behind me.. So you can see he is watching me from a far too! I look up at him and see that he was looking at the same photo's, He blushes at them. I smile at his actions.

"Dad did we really have to get the photo's out?" He asks Leon. I laugh at the whinny voice. I feel the emotions coming on think and I need to leave this room.

"Logan.. You don't realise how lucky you are to have you dad here to embarrass you.. I wish both or either one of my dads was still alive to do this to me." I stand and walk out with tears in my eyes. I know they don't mean any thing by there actions but it stings still. I only lost my step dad Kyle yesterday... He would have liked Logan too. I get to the top of the stairs and turn to my room Just as I was opening the door Logan catches my arm.

"Babe.. Stop a second please." I turn back to him forgetting the tears still pouring down my cheeks. He see's them and pulls me close. He pushes my door open further and takes me in side, Sitting down on the bed and pulling me on to his lap. The flood gates open and I sob in his arms. Greif lacing through me strongly.

"I'm so sorry.. I didn't mean to be insensitive.. We was having such a good time, I momentarily forgot what had happened to you yesterday.. I was just caught up in the moment of my dad trying to embarrass me in front of my mate.. I'm so sorry baby.. I didn't mean to up set you like this." I pull my head up and look in his eyes. I can see his regret of his actions.

"I'm sorry too. It caught me off guard when I saw the pictures of Nick and Leanne holding me and the picture of us as kids.. I should have grown up with you and Jake.. We would have been terrors together the three of us." I laugh a little.

"I snapped at you because of the grief and all the emotions running through me.. I still haven't dealt with everything and it will be a while before I can say I am completely ok... I feel so alone Logan! I've lost every one I ever Loved.. What if you are my mate and I lose you too?" More tears run down my cheeks at the thought of him being taken away.

"How about you open a few presents? We have 30 minutes till midnight.. Forget about everything for now.. And just for the record.. I am NOT going anywhere and NO-ONE will take me away.. Your stuck with me now or you will be after midnight!" I smile up at him and nod. He leaves my room. About 10 or 15 minutes later he comes back. I had used the time he was gone to go wash my face a little and dry my tears up. I get changed in to my tank top and short shorts that I love sleeping in, As a wolf I get so hot under the covers at night.. I hope he is my mate after all this.. I didn't realise how lonely I felt and I would love for him to be the one that would be by my side for the rest of my life. The day we had spent together made me realise just how much I liked the lad! Learning so much about each other has helped me understand more about him and I also see how well we match. When he comes back, He has a big smile on his face.

"What's got you all smiley?" I ask.

"Well, As I was going out your room I realised your right next door to me.. Plus I'm about to find out your my mate and I get to watch you open some of your presents early! What's not to smile about?" I laugh a little as he sits down and takes about five presents out a bag and puts them on the bed.

"Get opening them then!" He laughs back and hands me a big boxed one. I pull the paper off of the large rectangle and lift the lid off.. YES! He got me the black dress for tonight.

"Thank you.. I was hoping you would pick this one for me!" I give him a gentle peck as he hands me another. Its a long thing rectangle again.. I open the paper and see a long black velvert box. I snap it open and see a beautiful rose gold chain with a little moon pendent. On the moon pendent there was writing:

He was so sure that he had got me this. There was little white diamonds sprinkled on the pendent too and it sparkled beautifully. I leaned up and kissed him again but this time I brought my lips to his. He kissed me back but I pulled away before we could get carried away.

"If that's the response I get for getting you jewelry.. Be prepared to get a piece everyday!" He says breathlessly. I notice that his scent is becoming stronger the closer to midnight we got. I looked over at the clock and read 11:53pm.. 7 minutes to go. He followed my eyes and looked back at me.

"When we find out we are mates... Will you let me mark you straight away?.. I don't want anyone looking at you and thinking they have a chance with you.. Please?" He whispers and I place a hand on his cheek with a soft caress like he kept doing to me today, The fire is still there but its slowly changing. I place all the presents gently on the floor and crawl up in to his arms. I bravely straddle his lap and sit on his knee, Looking in to his eyes before speaking.

"Before I answer let me tell you why I am saying this answer." I see some uncertainty but he nods anyway.. Silly wolf thinks I am going to say no.

"Spending the day with you today and getting to know you has made me realise just how alone I have been, Even when Kyle and Kathrine was still here.. I wished we could have grown up together as friends before all this mate stuff came along.. I don't want to be alone anymore.. If your my mate, Yes I will let you mark me as long as I can mark you too.. But if your not promise me you will always be my friend!" I see the smile light up before he talks back.

"Yes I will always be your friend and yes I want you to mark me back, No I would love you to mark me back.. I have no doubt we are mates sweet Angel." He kisses me again as neither of us see the clock strike midnight.. The fire turns to sparks of electricity and I push closer to him. 

"YES!... He is OUR MATE.. Mark Mate! Mark Mate NOW!" Eva bounces around in my head and his mouth watering scent becomes so strong! Caramel! It over powers my senses and I find myself moaning against his mouth. His tongue pushes in to mine and I open up for him willingly. He rolls on to the other side of the bed so my back is against the quilt and he is laid against me between my legs. We are both fully clothed but this feels so right and passionate. I feel the growl against my skin as he removed his teeth and starts to lick and clean the bite. I can feel a riot of emotions running through me but they don't feel like mine.. I realise they are his.

"That was the best thing I have ever felt!" He kisses me again and rolls on to his back, Once again taking me with him. He is now laid down with me on my knee's straddling his lower half. I can feel him hard against me and this makes me blush. I kiss him with all I have and then kiss along his jaw like he did me.

"Are you ready Eva? Because I don't know how to do this!"

"I am and I do.. Just let me come forward a little, Kiss and lick where he showed you the bite goes and once you get the best reaction from a spot.. Bite in to it deeply. Stay biting him till I tell you to release."

"Okay.. I trust you!" I kiss and lick like she says and right at the bottom of his neck, A little closer towards his front I feel his shiver and tighten his hold around me, I feel the growl in his chest.. Yes! Right there.

"Now Angel!" Eva says and I sink my fangs in deeply. I keep them in place and feel a connection snap together deep in side me. I suddenly hear Logan speak in my mind to me.

"Oh Goddess Angel.. That is f*****g amazing.. Now that is the best feeling ever.. Better than me marking you!" Logan says and I can hear the roughness in his voice and how he is now holding himself back a little, Scared to lose control and try mating right here with me.
