Chapter 15

They were fighting but Jace had the last laugh when he ripped off the Alpha rogue's head throwing it aside feeling relieved.It was not easy because the rogue also got some good shots in blow after blow and a deep cut across his stomach making him bleed heavy but this was not the time to stop and feel the pain he had to find Maddie and mind linking her wasn't possible so using the sense of smell was his only option for now. Going threw the run down building Jace feels uneasy, feeling worried about his mate , thinking about all they went through to get to this point in their journey, rounding the corner Jace comes across a scene that scares him to death , killing him slowly, there in the dust , covered in blood and scratches lies his mate, quickly hurryingly he's at her side listening to her heart he hears a faint pulse and very slowly her chest goes up and down making him lift her up in his arms running to the pack house mind linking the pack doctor and Will to get him at the border of their territory.

While running through the forest Jace can't help but feel worried for his mate , normally her eyes are so alive Asif laughing at him but now she barely breathe and she is looking pale and blood everywhere on her beautiful body.Ones the near the border the pack Dr, Tina and Will stands waiting on them.

"Come she's weak we need to get her inside" the pack doctor says and hurry to the pack house. While the doctor and his nurse take care of Maddie Will helps Jace to the other room to also be looked at but he refused because the only thing Jace wanted was to stay by Maddie's side but Then uncle J came in telling Jace to go and get checked out also and that he'll watch over Maddie.

Jace protested but agreed because even though he wants to stay he knew he had a ugly cut and it needs some attention, besides him being a wolf they heal quickly but just in case there were wolfbane in it that could be fatal to him also.

The doctor was taking a while with Maddie's and after an hour almost he came out talking to Uncle J saying Maddie is in a light coma it seems and it's due to the magic she overused but she was stable and in about two days she'll hopefully wake up , this also gives her wol time to heal them probably,, he also told uncle J there is something else but he will tell Maddie as she wakes up and then he was off to go check on Jace and the other pack member that was also hurt during the fighting.

Going to Jace the doctor looked him over and luckily he just needed some stitches and rest but he was not listening because he needed to see Maddie and it was ok because being close to your mate will help with the healing process so the doctor agreed .

Jace made his way to her room, coming in he noticed she is looking a bit better the red in her cheeks seem to reappear ones again and it made him relax a bit. Taking a seat next to her bed Jace watch as she likes these thinking how grateful he was that Maddie is still alive and that the Alpha rogue and his witch will never hurt them again.

Tina and Will also came to visit Maddie but Tina was sad seeing her friend in the coma just lying so still not moving , only indicator of her being alive was her chest moving.

As two days already went by and the Dr checking up on Maddie everyday Jace started to become unpleasant but the Dr said any time and she will wake up, uncle J was also here today putting a healing spell on Maddie and everyone else was sending there love to there Luna wishing to see her soon. Jace was standing by the window looking out at the pack's pups playing and that's when he heard a faint noises knowing it his love , quickly going to her side holding her hand.

"Jace, we're am I"?, Maddie ask bearly saying. "o Maddie thank the goddess you're awake my love you are in the hospital but let me get the doctor first" he replies while running outside and as fast as lighting he's back with the pack Dr I suppose.

"Good morning Luna welcome back, checking her vitals he smiles and write on her file saying with a smile "You are looking well , keep this up and you will go home there a nurse can also check up on you ,o and congratulations Alpha and Luna your baby is also doing great, just rest and please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions ok and I need you to come over for a check up ok Luna?" the Dr says then leaves us closing the door behind him.

I couldn't believe my ears , this is the best news but o my word I will be a mom soon . Looking at Jace he's stunned and it's not every day a Alpha has nothing to say but as he stares at me he says " my love ,my little flower we're having a baby!!!!!" . this week could not get better, we are truly blessed by your mother love " Jace says kissing Maddie on the forehead , making her smile.

Nothing you want in life ever comes easy and to become parents is one of the biggest jobs in the world but it's the most important one .

Maddie was getting better and soon the doctor signed her out to go home but before they left he asked Jace to make sure she still rests allot more than she did, and finally the were on there way home to also go and tell everyone there great news about being pregnant with there destiny.

Walking into the back house everyone said surprise !!!!! " welcome home Maddie and Jace it's good to have you both back, Maddie was crying and Jace looking at everyone started to smile and with pride and joy in his voice he announced that him and Maddie are expecting, this made everybody happy , howling making novice and congratulating the couple.Maddie was tired but enjoyed seeing all her friends and family but when people started going home she and Jace went upstairs to there room .

While lying in each other's arms Maddie looks at Jace and says" I love you my Playboy"."I love you more my love and this is our forever and I am the happiest man alive, you and our child are my world now Maddie and I know our lives is only beginning," Jace says while hugging her and then the two fell asleep .
