Callie’s POV

I woke up a little bit earlier then Mara, I went downstairs to find Mama Madeline what making breakfast, I watched her for a minute when she said

“Good morning, Callie”

“Good morning, Mama how did you know it was me?”

“I know all and see all, hasn’t angel like yourself figured it yet!”

I was shocked how did she know?

“How did you know what I am?” I asked her to wait for her to answer

“My dear child, I a witch a seer, I had sent her a long time ago by Amara father to watch over her just like you. I am the one who told him the prophecy she carries.”

“Why doesn’t she know?”

“Because she just found out a few days ago about her being a Nephilim, it wasn’t my time to tell her what I know, and it still isn’t until she is ready she needs to start training Zoey is not just any horse she is her horse sent from Heaven her battle horse the one that she will ride when the battle comes. You and Amos need to start training her, you will stay here on my land until it is safe for her to leave you will train her on the land which is blessed by her father and mother, Amos will arrive today with her belonging and stuff she will only return to  Mistbrite for her graduation, Amos is going to tell her that there is a problem with the apartment and that they have to stay here until they are able to get it fix which is going to take sometime that will be the way that we are going to get her to stay here and for her to start training. Amos should have already sent her a text and her friend that vampire will be joining you guys in training my daughter Zelda as well, We will let her know that we are witches but that all she needs to know. The battle when it does come, we won’t know what she will be facing right away so she has been prepared.”

“I have to be prepared for what Mama?” Mara walks into the kitchen as me and Madeline were talking.

“Amara, my child good morning.”

“Good morning, Mama” she says as she yawns.

“Amara, there is something I must tell you, Amos called and said your apartment has a major leak and they are fixing it but will take a few weeks he is bringing your stuff here you will be staying here until it’s finished, but also I have been keeping a secret from you and I think it’s is time to tell you, I am a witch and so is Zelda, we are here to help you train and prepare for the war to come.”

“I have known for a long time that you were a witch momma. But why didn’t you tell me about helping me.”

“I wasn’t allowed to until you discovered your true identity.”

“Okay, we will talk more later, I am hungry, and I want to start training I guess, not sure what we should start with though.”

“We can start by hand and hand combat in Angel form, then work with Amos in his demon form and then with Zelda and Raven I think that should cover the basics I need to find a wolf that is willing to help as well so we have all the main ones that might be used in the war. What do you think Madeline?”

“Callie, you are right, I might be able to help with the wolf I have a friend that is one I will give them a ring and explain and see what they says, Amos and Raven should be here in a few hours they were packing up the apartment.”

“Good morning, everyone.” Zelda comes into the house with her son at her side.

“Auntie Mara, Auntie Mara, look what I can do.” Zelda’s son is calling Amara as she is watching him cast a spell and float something in the air.

“Zach that is cool but what did I tell you about using magic in front of people especially grandma and mommy.” Amara said to him he give her a shy grin and gives her a hug and says

“I am sorry, I forgot momma doesn’t know that you know I can do magic.”

“That’s right Zach she doesn’t, but I have to say your doing amazing keep up the good job.”

Zach runs off and all of bust out laughing, Madeline then speaks

“So, that how you found out about us being witches it was Zach that told on us.”

“Yeah, it was about 2 years ago when I was babysitting, and he started to cast a spell and showed me. told him about me being able to do it to. But not to say anything to you or Zelda.”

“I see the two of you can totally keep secrets.”

“Well, whenever you are ready to start, we can momma is going to walk Zach so we can train, Momma, I asked Leo to see if he could find someone in the pack to help us out since he will be helping the Alpha and won’t have time to train with her.”

“Wait, Leo is a wolf?”

“Part Wolf, Part Warlock that is why Zach can us magic. He is gamma for the Black Gem Pack”

“Wow, cool.”

I was shocked that she didn’t know all of this I smelt wolf as soon as the child came into the room. The three of walked outside and went to the biggest field and when we got there, I told Amara to let her wings go.

“Amara, now you need to spread your wings,”

When she did, I was in wow once again on how beautiful her wings were.

“Okay, so as an angel we have powers that we can release it’s a very strong orb of energy it will stun your enemy won’t kill them. I don’t want you using your orbs yet because I don’t want to send out a beacon to our enemies, yet your father will show you how to use that properly when he comes.”

So we started to train I showed her how to use her wings to fight her opponent how to shield my attacks or a witches attack as Zelda was throwing magic at her when we thought we were finished she was thrown a curve ball when Raven shimmered in front of her and tried to attack her and she was able to stopped the attack and block it laying Raven on the ground flat and the Amos misted in front of her and she was able to block him and fend him off in Angel form it was amazing only thing we needed was a wolf and I think that she would been able to fight them off as well when he has blocked and knocked our Amos which took her the longest to do because he was able to come back with magic she has never seen before so she was unable to prepare to block it or counterattack with, we called it a day for now and said that we would come back later for some more training.

We all walked back to the house Madeline and Zach were standing outside with another pretty blonde girl. When we got there Zelda gave the girl and hug and introduce her to us.

"Madison, this is Amara, Callie, Raven, Amos, everyone this is Madison, she is the head elite warrior for the Black Gem pack, and she will be the wolf you will be training against. Amara.”

“Nice, to me you at especially you Amara, the Nephilim you are a legend or a Myth, my pack is the protector pack for the forbidden child the Nephilim we are at your service. It is my honor to have been selected to train you.”

I looked at everyone I was lost, and Madeline spoke up.

“Okay let me explain everything to you all, 22 years ago Zadkiel, met a witch and she just her first husband, she was the Queen of Witches, and it turns out the Zadkiel and her were true soul mates, the Queen got pregnant shortly after meeting Zadkiel and because he was a Archangel her pregnancy didn’t last as long as normal pregnancy, and are very hard on the vessel that is holding a Nephilim, before the queen gave birth Zadkiel recruited secret alliance of different species to swear their alliance to the Nephilim and the Queen and himself. His wife best friend was mated to the prince of vampires securing the witches and vampires as his protectors, he reached out to his brother in Hell and asked for his help and since he had a child on earth he vowed his son’s alliance to protect her, then he reached out to a seer someone that can help guide all the protectors when the time came and last he seek out a wolfpack that would swear the whole pack to protect and fight with the Nephilim when the time came. Because you are a forbidden child everyone your father and your mother recruited to watch over you protect you or fight alongside you, they each had to swear a oath and life oath to keep your existence a secret hidden from those who wish to cause chaos and destruction, imbalance in our world because you are the child that hold the perfect combination of light and dark you are the absolute balance in our universe.”

Madeline explained everything to her, everything was finally starting to make sense to me as well. Amara looked at all of us and then said.

“That mean you are the sworn protector of the Nephilim, My guardians, so if your kind has sworn their lives to me I in turn do the same I Amara Angelsin, Swear to protect everyone specie that has sworn their life to me, until the day I die.”

Amara just made a pack to everyone that has been protecting her all these years I know she felt some type of power surge I could tell in her eyes that something happened when she did that, I got a lightheaded and felt someone calling me suddenly I was sitting at a cafe in Paris in front of her dad.

“Sir, what am I doing her what are you doing in Paris aren’t you supposed to be looking for the key for Amara?”

“I am I think I have located it, but I summoned you here because I want to know what that was, I just felt, that surge or power.”

“That sir was your daughter, placing a protection oath on everyone who has sworn their alliance to her over her whole life span. I have a feeling that she can bring her mother back, is the Queen’s body still place where she was placed?”

“Yes, she is but I want to be there, when she does it we need her mother in the fight.”

“I agree, Amara is powerful she has stealth, speed, strengthen.”

“Good, I can not wait to meet her give me 4 days, and I will join you al.”

“Yes, sir”

I suddenly was standing back and Madeline’s place. Everyone looked at me.

“Where in the hell did you disappear to?”

“Your father called me.”

“My father, where is he when is he coming.”

“He said he will be here in four days.”

I told everyone what he said and we went inside to eat lunch.
