Aura Senka pov
I was done with the phone call and decided to head back home. I had to get back to see how Cheyenne was doing. But once home. I felt something weird. I went into the house looking for her. But she wasn't anywhere in the house. So I went to the back door. You see there's something about the glass in the back door. You can see out. But you can't see inside.i stood there watching when Cheyenne shifted into her wolf. This girl was huge and pure black and with the most beautiful dark blue shining eyes I had ever seen. I thought that was it but she walked away and shifted into her lycan. Again she walked up and damn she was scary as hell. But also beautiful she was black as well with beautiful glowing green eyes. She walked back down the steps, picked a boulder up and threw it. Damn she was strong. I hope wherever that thing landed no one was around. Things have changed. I could feel it. I think the old Cheyenne is back but not getting my hopes up. But I wasn't going to tell her I called Mercury. I think she would bite my head off if I told her. I walked outside. Clapping. She turned startled.
"Sorry, I didn't mean to scare you. But I just stood there watching you. How do you feel right now? Do you feel any better at all?" I watched her shift back into her human form. Putting her clothes back on.
"Yeah I do feel a lot better. I think this is what I needed to do all along is get this in order and get myself back on track."
"Are you wanting to see Mercury now?" I only asked just in case she said yes and wanted to go and see him. But nope she shook her head.
"I am still worried he might get mad because of what happened to the last lycan and wolf."
"What are their names?"
"Kathy is the wolf. And Rebecca is the lycan. We talked and I knew I needed to do this. If I didn't they would continue to grow weaker. And I don't want to lose them. So I decided today I was taking myself back and I wasn't going to be scared anymore to talk to them. They agreed to do the warrior Challenge. And I agreed with them. I think it is going to be amazing."
"Well I think that's amazing. I'm glad you're picking up wanting to do this. Tomorrow we will train harder. We still have four days left. And the tribes will be coming soon so my parents are going back to our tribe lands. To stay until the warrior challenges are done. We will be joining them tomorrow. So make sure you pack what you need. That way you will have your gear with you."
Ace pov
It has almost been a month since Holly and I had left. I have not felt Cheyenne at all. So she must have died. What am I going to tell my son? I know I need to call him. So I decided to try and call and see if he would ask about her. If he does. I'll have to think of something to say. I got my phone and hit send. He answered on the fourth ring. That's nothing new. Sometimes he doesn't answer at all and you will have to call several times before he answers. It's because either he's studying or in class. So he has his phone on low. He finally answers.
"Hey dad what's up? Is everything okay with you and mom?" I knew nothing was wrong since he is always asking that.
"yeah everything is fine. I'm away on alpha business. I haven't heard from your mom. Hope she is okay. I will try and call again in an hour. How are your studies going?"
"Everything is going well. I have finals in a few days so I'm going to be studying like crazy. So if I don't answer. I'll call back because I need to do a lot of cracking the books."
"That's fine son. I won't be home for another two weeks due to rogues attacking another pack. I'm staying to make sure they won't attack again. And then will be home"
"Alright dad. I have to head out to go out with friends before I start studying tomorrow. See you soon." the phone call ends and Ace puts down his phone. This makes me wonder if I did the right thing and killed Cheyenne? I need to figure out how to get a hold of Mercury. Then my plan will be set. I am determined to take over. I will be the mother f*****g Alpha Don. Everyone will be coming to me asking for money and bowing down to me. Holly walked inside the house. Putting a few bags down on the table and taking food out of them. She put everything away and then gran the others and went upstairs.
Damn she is sexy as hell. I need my mate.
Erick pov.
The time is going by slowly. It's only been four days since dad got the phone call from Mercury. I want to go now. But dad told me to wait. I might scare her. So I decided to wait. But it doesn't mean I don't want to go. I keep counting down the days until the time to go. I wonder what she looked like. I bet she is beautiful. I bet she is strong. I wondered how long her hair was. Did she have weapons or did she know of wolves? Well dad did say she did. Do they know of the mate bond? Is she eager to see me as I am of her. I was just excited my wolf kept howling, wanting to see her. He wanted to mate and mark her. I was getting stronger every single day. My arms started to fill out so were my legs. I just wanted to look good when she saw me. Because damn I wanted to see her badly. I went out this morning training for five hours straight. Only stopping to drink water. Dad had to make me stop and get rest. He says an alpha knows when to stop that I could over do it. If I did what good will I be if I couldn't get out of bed. I knew he was right. So I had to stop. Take a cold shower and relax. But my mind would not stop thinking about her. I think I might just go nuts if I don't get to see her soon. My mom called me downstairs to eat dinner. So I walked down the stairs and sat down.
"Son, stop worrying so much. We can all feel how worried you are. You will get to see her soon enough.The whole pack can feel it, so calm yourself." I didn't know everyone could feel how I am feeling. So I started to calm my wolf and myself. I just can't stop counting down the days and the time. I know soon I'll be meeting my mate." I knew she was right. So I started to try and calm myself down. But a part of me was excited to meet my mate.
