Chapter 15 - Her only real angel part 2

- What happened? - Abigail asked and Eunice sniffed.

- Nothing. I'm glad you are back Abby! - Eunice clinged on her and Abigail knew this kind of hug. Eunice was afraid and broken. Someone dared to hurt her little sister. Abigail stood up and held Eunice in her arms. She walked into the house with her and closed the door by kicking it in. She put her on their bed and kneeled in front of her sister. Eunice's eyes were swollen as a result of crying, she sniffed a few more and huge tears silently escaped in the corner of her eyes. Her long eyelashes sparkled and her face was red as well. Abigail was still exhausted, but forced a smile on her face and kissed her sister's face. She held Eunice's hands and looked into those deer like, innocent, brown eyes.

- Eunice, tell me what happened. Don't lie saying its nothing! - the little one sniffed again and looked into Abigail's eyes.

- Whatever you did, I won't be angry with you. Please. - Abigail pleaded and Eunice took a deep breath.

- I... I... I DON'T WANT TO BE AN ANGEL! - she finally spit it out. Her tears started to flow again and Abigail sat next to her pulling Eunice into her lap. She tried to hug her covering every centimeter of her tiny body and protect her.

- I thought you liked being one.

- I liked at first. But everyone is so mean! All we learned about angels were a lie! I want to be a human again! I want mommy and daddy! - Abigail's heart almost shattered at hearing her sister's words and that moment she decided to disappear only to make this right.

- I can't help you to get back to mommy and daddy, I'm really sorry... This is all my fault. - Eunice caressed Abigail's face and shook her little head.

- NO! This is his fault! And the priests fault and the ugly neighbor's fault, but not yours!

- Don't worry Eunice. I'll make them pay for this. They'll suffer and wish for an easy death. - Eunice covered Abby's mouth.

- Abby! You are not evil! Don't say things like these! - Abigail nodded and smiled.

-I'll send you back to Earth. Choose a nice family. - Eunice stopped crying and her eyes opened widely.

- Really? Can you do that? - Abigail nodded.

- Yes, but I need some time to prepare. In the meantime chose a nice family that you want to live with. Eunice, you can't tell about this to anyone! Promise me! - Eunice hugged Abigail and gave extended her pinky finger.

- Pinky swear I won't say a word! Thank you Abby! But, will you come with me? - Abigail shook her head.

- I can't, but I'll be around always, that I can promise. - Eunice's smile disappeared but she understood the situation. Later that day Abigail was about to meet her friends when she heard them talk.

- Abigail is free now. - Emanuel said.

- It seems like she is tougher than we thought! - Sarah exclaimed.

- What will we do now? What if her sister told her everything? - Abigail's eyebrows frowned. So they are the reason of Eunice's tears. Her hands clenched into fists but a smile spread on her face when she realized, she just found one of the most difficult ingredients for her plan. She walked to her friends with a huge smile.

-Hey guys! - the three of them rushed to Abigail and hugged her saying how worried they were. Few days ago, Abigail would've been happy to hear these things.

- How is Eunice doing? - Heather asked,ad Abigail pretended not to care. She shrugged.

- She is young and takes everything by heart. - Sarah bumped Emanuel in his shoulder.

- I told you that Abby will understand! - Abigail smiled and leaned closer to those f*****g liers.

- Actually, I'd like to teach her a lesson for not studying hard enough. You know guys, just a little prank. Are you in? - they all nodded and Abigail told them her plan.

- Fine, so in three days at midnight. I'm counting on you! I gotta go now! See you! - they waved goodbye and Abigail smiled wickedly. Soon these bastards will taste their own medicine! She only needed one more thing, and that was something that contained dark celestial power. Luckily she memorized the magic circles before and she had her "offerings" as well. Abigail didn't feel even a little bit of guilt. Her mind was more occupied with finding that tool to complete her plan. Abigail clearly knew, she will end up destroyed or sent down to Hell for what she was doing, but Eunice's happiness worth her whatever punishment. She walked into the main hall of the city and Abigail felt a strange pull towards one of the closed rooms. Later that night...

- Abigail... Abigail... - she opened her eyes and looked around but Abigail couldn't see anyone in their room. She was about to sleep back when she heard someone calling her name again.

- Abigail... - she got carefully out of the bed and followed the voice calling her. Until she found herself in front of the closed room of the main hall again. With her powers, Abigail opened the door and behind she found a room full of reliquias. The voice that called her before said.

- Are you ready for the consequences of your decision? - Abigail smiled and said.

- If I manage to get Eunice to Earth and give her a second chance, I'll accept anything happily! - the voice laughed and in front of Abigail, in the corner of the room, one of the statues eyes turned red. She walked there without hesitation and noticed that it was a familiar face. It was a statue of Lucifer, the marble man smiled at her and opened his hand. There was a silver ring, with a huge red ruby in the centre. The ring was the most eye catching jewelry that Abigail ever saw. She extended her hand for it when the statue shook his head.

- Give something in exchange. Nothing is free Abigail... - she didn't know if it was Lucifer himself or a nice trick but she smiled looking into the red eyes. Abigail quickly looked around and noticed a small dagger. She grabbed it and cut her hand. Her blood slowly dropped into the hand of the statue.

- Even if I adore this kind of determination, I must ask. Are you ready to get your soul dirty with the blood of those who you decided to offer? I mean, killing innocent people to get what you want... Is not exactly the characteristics of angels! - Abigail laughed.

- My soul will remain pure and clean as the fresh snow. - the statue crossed his arms in front of his chest and grinned.

- How so? - Abigail winked.

- I'm just punishing some bad people. As I know, God won't interfere with humans, so a little bit of self judgment won't hurt.

- What if he will interfere this time? - Abigail'a gorgeous eyes showed such coldness and cruelty that even Lucifer got surprised.

- In that case, I'll teach him justice! - Lucifer smiled again and nodded his head a little, the statue kneeled in front of Abigail and offered the ring for her. Abigail took it and the Lucifer statue said before she left the room.

- I can't wait to see this little show of yours! - Abigail smiled back at him and said.

- If Eunice gets her chance, I'll dance with my hands up in the air and showing a middle finger to your dear father! - Abigail left the main hall knowing that she will save her sister. She found it really interesting that Lucifer helped her in some way, but she just accepted a deal with the devil for the one person she was ready to die for.
