“Look, I know this is some heavy s**t but we as a group we need to get it together.” I said as I looked around at the three of them, “our biggest advantage is playing dumb. If we walk around on pins and needles, we will tip our hand but not before we go mad from stress and worry. The best thing we can do is carry on with big, clueless smiles as if nothing is wrong. I realize that’s easier said than done but we need to be smart.” Everyone reluctantly agreed with me, “there’s something else I wanted to run by all of you, especially Dylan.”

“I think it’s best that Scarlett does not know about my gifts of sight and being able travel through people’s memories. Not because I don’t trust her but if she doesn’t know she won’t suspect anything
