My stomach was in knots knowing that Boom was mere feet from where I was. I didn’t need Lucky to tell me where he was, I could sense him. I swear I could bloody smell him from down the hall and through the walls. I was keeping myself busy by pacing the floor in Lucky’s office when I thought I heard Rowan’s voice and Dylan’s giggle, I waited a moment to be sure it was them before I opened the door.
