When Cassidy got home tonight, she quickly ate dinner and said she had to study. I knew she was lying, I knew there was something wrong right away when she walked into the door, I didn't have time to ask her when she bolted to her room. I knew her birthday was just in a few weeks, I wonder if she's upset because she knows her mate might reject her. He could be an omega,

I want to train, and if it takes me leaving and finding another pack than so be it, and please don't try and stop me from going, because once im of age, i will ask the alpha to release me from the pack,”

“I honestly have forgotten about her leaving when she comes of age, i knew we couldn't stop herI just wish she wouldn't go,”

:Honey, to be honest with you, I wish you wouldn't go. you're almost done with school, you could go to college, i would let you go to any college you wanted to go to, you can even move to a house by yourself, i would help you decorate it, and it will be your style, just please don't go, you can do whatever you want in your own house, i will even tell you father not to bother you if that will help, just don't leave us,” i knew i was actually begging her not to leave, but thats my only child, i wouldn't know what to do if she left, she reached over to hug my tightly,

“Mom,. please calm down, you had me when you said i could go to college, i'll stay i promise, but i won't let you pay for all my college, i've been saving up for years, i don't know how much i've saved up, but i know i have a lot,”

hugging her tightly, i was so grateful she will stay, :Alright honey, try and get some sleep, you have a busy day tomorrow,: i kissed her cheek than left her room, I knew i gave her the guilt trip, i felt bad about it, but at least she is staying, I walked out and David asked me what had happened,

I promised her that she could go to any college she wanted, and that she could have her own house, and you would leave her alone, i told her i would help her decorate it her own style,” I saw him shake his head, he let out a chuckle,

“Sweetheart, you are so bad for doing that, i didn’t want her to go either, but i just didn't know what to say to her, i hope she picks a college near home so she doesn't have to go to far,:

“We will see, i said she could go to any college, we can only hope she picks one close by,” with that we both went to bed, not sure what tomorrow is going to bring,
