Alpha Drake pov

What the f**k was i thinking. she was in here. I had the chance to do whatever I wanted to do with her, I wanted her, but if I took her I would get into trouble, the elders would find out I slept with an underage girl, then my title would be taken away. I wasn't going to let that happen.

“You know you want her, just go and get her, make her live in the pack house until she is eighteen than mate and mark her,”

“N0. I will never have an omega for a mate, they are weak, they can't shift. i'm not going to protect her every time i turn around, we have a few weeks for her birthday, i need to choose a mate, once i have that, than i can reject her without even caring,”

“Fine, but I think you're making a mistake Drake, but hey, you do you,” I shook my head as I walked into my room. i needed a release, and i knew just the female to do just that, i mindlinked Carrie, She's a strong warrior, she's beaten down three rogues at once, she can be a good luna to this pack. she will help protect the pack she will stand by my side through it all i know she will. I mindlinked her., i asked her to come to my room and not let anyone know that she's coming, i shut the link off, i wasn't going to tell her i was going to choose her, i was going to give her time to find her mate, I give it two weeks, and once those weeks are up, that i will choose her, if she hasn't found her mate,

“Carrie pov

I was running the boundaries when i got a mindlink from the alpha, he wanted to see me up in his room, s**t i needed to shower than i will head up there, i wasn't going to go to his room stinking like a rogue, So i showered, got dressed then headed to his room, i made sure no one saw me knock, he quickly opened the door pulled me inside than shut the door, I was so glad that these walls were soundproof, because i knew the only time he wanted me up here is when he wanted and needed a release. he pulled me to him kissing me hard on the lips, his lips demanding entrance inside my mouth. I've told him several times that we would be a good couple and that we could rule the pack together. I haven’t found my mate. and it's been two years now. and i still haven't found him, he might even be dead, It's nothing new about that, sometimes they die before you even meet them, you just don't feel that pain of losing them, or they just haven't been born yet, I knew after we have s*x i wouldn't say anything about that. he said to give him time to think about it, So, i'm going to give him time, When we got done, i was getting up to go to my room to shower, but he said i could shower in his room, well that's weird, i have nothing in his room to shower with,

“How about, i go back to my room in shower, the next time i come here, i'll bring some of my wash items here, that way i can shower,”

“That sounds like a plan. Just head to your room, shower, and i'll see you tomorrow, i will be in my office after you train tomorrow. i want you to write down the new recruits' names that you think would be good warriors, then the ones that won't maybe we can train them harder.”

“Alright. I'll be there.” I left his room thinking what the heck is going on.. Did he make up his mind? was he making me his chosen mate and not want to tell me just yet, He needs to let me know something, i decided it was just work, who knows, i could maybe his chosen mate and kill him to be the alpha, i could be the luna of the pack and make the omegas train to get strong, for many years we have been told that omegas are weak, that they can't train or shift, and if they do they will surely die, I have seen Cassidy watch us for awhile now, i know she wants to learn. I haven't told anyone this, but I was up late one night on patrol. i was going by her house and her light was on, i was wondering why she was still doing up, but i didn't knock on the door, it was none of my business, but i saw her do some moves that i was teaching the new recruits, she was pretty good, i honestly think Omegas could train, that's it, the only way i will become luna if he will let omegas train, i think they can do it, that way once they get strong, they can learn to defend themselves, if and he doesnt let them. Then he will be waking up with a knife in his head, this pack needs to change, people pick on omegas because they can't s**t, they think they have no wolf, but they do, I could smell them on them. they just haven't shifted yet. When I made it back to my room, Derry was out in the hallway waiting for me. She had a frown on her face. she sniffed the air and then growled at me,

‘So your the alpha's toy for the night, Go ahead play with him all you want, but when i turn eighteen, he will find out we are mates and will mate and mark me,” I couldn't help it, i started laughing as i open my door, than i said,

“Derry sweetie, He's the alpha, if you was his mate he would had said something by now, he would know before you do, if he hasn't said anything to you yet, that means your not,” you should had seen her mouth drop open, i smirked shutting the door in her face, i really don't have time for this,. i need a shower rather than sleep, i have training that i have to go through the list of people with the alpha tomorrow morning, I will deal with her another day,
