Cassie pov

I was in the shower when i heard the screams, i said screw it i was clean enough, Drake and i talked about me being his chosen mate, i told him i would but he needed to let the omegas to do different things instead of always cleaning, they can be strong if you let them train, he said he would think about it, The screams got louder i hurried to put on sweats put my hair in a wet ponytail i ran out just in time to hear Drake and Cassidy screaming at each other, he rejected her from being his mate, that son of a b***h rejected his real mate because she was an omega, i knew he has been being weird lately and now this, Something tells me that Cassidy finally shifted than found out, I Walked over there in time to see her punch him right in the face, him rejecting and banishing her from the pack, she ran to her house to get as much as she could before it was to late,

“WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO DRAKE, YOU ASKED ME TO BE YOUR CHOSEN MATE, WHEN YOU ALREADY HAD A GODDESS GIFT MATE, WHAT HAVE YOU DONE!!” He was calm when he spoke to me,

“Baby, I can explain, i didn’t and could not have an omega for a mate. She wouldn't be able to defend the pack, and our people would die because of her. you are my chosen mate Cassie, just be happy that she is gone,” my wolf was clawing to get out to rip his head off his shoulders,

“I warned you Cassie, i warned you about that man, look what he done, he rejected his goddess gift mate,” I knew she was right, this ass hole was nothing but a jerk i shook my head at him,

“I thank the goddess i did not let you mark me tonight, I Cassie Blurg rejected you Alpha Drake as my chosen mate,” with that i walked away, i was trying to hurry to Cassidy house to talk to her, but it was to late, she was driving off with Amy's truck, s**t, I ran over to Amy that was standing there crying,

I ran over to her to give her a hug,

“Do you know where she's going?”

“No, i don't even think she knows where she is going, but i told her if she decided to form a pack to give me a call and i will leave here and join hers,”

“Do you think she will do that?” i heard her sigh with grief of losing her friend,

“i don't know, i just hope she survives the night there are many rogues out there,”

“I'm sure she will be fine. She has your truck, so she won't be walking alone. come on, I'll walk you home,” I heard Drakes voice. He ran up beside me, grabbing onto my arm, and he asked me to stop,

‘Cassie, we need to talk,”

‘We have nothing to talk about Drake, you rejected your mate, you been sleeping around knowing you already had a mate, i made my choice, i do not want you as a mate Drake, so if you excuse me, i'm going to wake Amy home,”

“Why won't you listen to me, i didn't know she was going to shift, as long as she didn’t shift, she would had never known, I was going to reject her in the morning any ways since you agreed to be my choice mate,”

“Yeah about that Drake, i already rejected you, i don't want you. I don’t want this. What you did was unforgivable,”

“Alright, what would you do if I told you you might be pregnant with my pup?” i couldn't help but laugh, long ago i was told i could not have pups, i was born with a deforn in my stomach,but he didn't know that, but i did decide i would ask my wolf, a few minutes later she spoke to me,

“Sadly no Cassie, im sorry, i tried to fix it but it is unfixable, im truly sorry,/ Apart of me was happy, but another part of me wasn't i wanted a child, just not his, So i turned to look at him with my own smirk on my face,

“Do you really think i would have changed my mind about things if i was carrying your child? No, it wouldn't. and for your information, i am unable to have pups, i was born with a deformed stomach. I have to be careful with everything i eat, so there is your answer right there.” i heard him growl at me, he actually growled, shaking me head i looked at him like he was crazy,

“You growling does not scare me one bit, so if you excuse me, i have something to do, not get the h3ll away from me,” I still couldn't believe he played that card, and i thought we were bad, but men are a lot worse when they don't get what they want, I was so fed up with it, i'm going to get stronger, im going to work out every day, and when the time is right, i'm going to challenge him for the alpha title, and trust me, i know his weak spots, i just have to get strong enough,
