I knew something was going on with Cassidy. i kept watching her i knew she seen me looking over at her from time to time, but i knew it was soon midnight and midnight is when everyone starts to shift, she looked like she was hurting so she got up and sat down on the couch, when the next movie started, my wolf Maggie was starting to get on each and was talking to me,.

‘Heather, she's going to shift. it's almost time. Her wolf is scared she doesn't want to kill Cassidy.”

‘She won't kill her. We will help her shift. We just have to wait until it starts. we got into the movie when the first scream happened, it scared the h3ll out of everyone, even her parents ran out of the bedroom wondering what was happening, the next one just seconds away from the first one, she let out the loudest blood curling scream i have ever heard in my life, we heard her bones breaking, Her father ran over to her,

“She can't shift, she will die, no omega can shift and live through it,”

Me and Cassie were done for the night, she left to head back to her room and shower. when i heard this horrible scream, it was like someone was being killed or something, where and who it was, i had to hurry outside to see what was going on, putting on a pair of shorts and a shirt, i ran outside to the crowd that was gathering, i shoved people out of the way, when i noticed Cassidy was on the ground screaming bloody murder, what the f**k!! Heather explained what was going on,

“That can't happen, she will die right along with her wolf,”

“She wasn't supposed to shift.”

I can’t believe it, i shifted and i lived through this, But how was i suppose to shift back, I knew that wolf that was looking at me, that's Heathers wolf, we sniffed each other than circled around, she was trying to talk to me, She told me i needed to shift back, it wouldn't hurt as bad, that i would get use to it, i didn't want to get use to it, it hurt to damn much, now i knew what the others felt when they first did this shift, i don't want my bones breaking like that, Gabby was helping me, she was telling me to shift back, that my mate was waiting for me, mate, did she just say mate, s**t, hold on, let me see if i can do this s**t, i started listening to Heather again, Than i started shifting back to my human form, the next thing i knew i was on the ground naked, then i started smelling this wondering mouthwatering scent, of the ocean, and berries, someone handed me a shirt so i placed it on me, it covered half my body, i could wear this thing as a dress if i wanted to, i heard someone clearifg their throat, than i smelled it again, my eyes landed on the very person i did not want as a mate,
