‘Where are you!?’ I jumped, my eyes wide as I sat up on the bed. I groaned, standing up, stretching. I forgot all about him. Of course he’d find out.
I looked around Lucie’s room and frowned, wondering what the hell I was doing. Grayson came and told her earlier it was time to train, and since I was being kept a secret right now, I hid in the closet while she left. I’ve been in her room alone for almost an hour now, wishing I could be outside…with her. I knew she was out back training, I could sense her. I have no idea why, but the more time I spent with her, the closer I got to her…and the more unbearable it felt when I wasn’t with her. ‘Father, I got stuck.’ I said, sighing. It was kind of the truth, after all.
