Lucie Pov     I paced beside the rock, shivering under the light jacket I brought with me. I contemplated getting Jasper’s warm leather jacket but I was worried if he saw it he’d want it back and…I wasn’t sure I was ready to feel the pain of that. The ultimate rejection is when one wants their stuff back from the other. Then again, were we even in a relationship? It had been so much deeper than boyfriend and girlfriend, but even still…I wasn’t ready for anything. I looked up at the moon shining brightly above me, and shivered once more. The weather is so strange here. The wind, I realized. When the wind was blowing it was cold, and when it wasn’t, it was fairly warm. That seemed to be normal for the fall weather here, but the cold just made me wonder what was going to happen in the future
