Colton POV
We won the game, some people might think that it's not fair because we are werewolves but we aren't allowed to use our abilities and also the other team had werewolves as well from the pack in their town, so it was an even game.
Now all I want to do is hug May but I can't see her where she was sitting at.
"Where is she?"
Jason and I go over to where Micah, Greg, and Sammy are but she's not here.
"Congrats guys." They all say.
"You guys were amazing." Sammy says.
"Thanks." Jason says with a big smile.
"Hey, where's May?" I ask them.
"We don't know, she ran off in the middle of the game." Micah says.
I nod a little confused.
"Hey, we have to go change, it's time to party!" Jason says walking off.
I head back to the locker room to change and call her on the phone.
"Hello?" She says.
"Hey, where are you?" I ask her.
"Sorry, I'll wait for you at the car, and babe..."
"Yea?" I ask.
"When you get here, I need to go to talk with your dad." She says with a serious tone.
"Ok... what's wrong?" I ask, feeling worried.
"I'll tell you when you get here, love you?" She says and hangs up.
I change as quickly as I can and head to her. I see her waiting, leaning on the car. She looks distracted.
"Hey what's wrong?"
"Congratulations baby!" She says smiling and gives me a hug.
I hug her back. "Baby, what's wrong?" I ask again.
"Let's get in the car first."
We get in the car and start driving to the packhouse.
She finally looks at me. "I just talked to my dad."
"Jackson?" I ask.
She looks at me with a serious expression. "No."
(What? Wait? she doesn't mean?) My eyes go wide.
"How? What happened?" I say almost yelling.
She sighs and starts telling me everything.
Lucien and I are so angry right now.
'How did we let him get so close to her?' Lucien asks, feeling angry.
'This can't happen again!' I say to him and we both agree.
Even though is late, when we get home, we go straight to find my father.
We go to the office and he's not there, I call him but he's not answering. We go to my parent's room but they aren't there either, so we decide to go find Jackson and he answers immediately looking like he was ready for bed.
"Colton?"
"We need to find my dad, something happened and we need to talk to him." I say to him.
"Ok, go wait for me in the office and let me get dressed. I'll help you look for him." He says.
We head downstairs.
"Hey let's get something to drink before he comes back." May says.
"Okay." I say heading to the kitchen.
We get some water bottles but we hear a noise coming from the pantry.
May goes to open it and I try to stop her because I have a feeling of what she's about to see but I react to late.
She opens it and there it is...
My dad and mom are fully naked having s*x in the pantry. My dad carrying my mom while she's pinned to the back wall.
May gasps and quickly turns around with her face fully red. I close my eyes and take a deep breath.
Lucien starts laughing like a maniac.
But May and I are so shocked that we don't close the door and Jackson walks in.
"Hey Colt-... mother fucker, not again!" Jackson says yelling. He turns around and heads out of the kitchen.
'Not again?' Lucien asks and starts laughing again.
My dad clears his throat.
"Close the door please." He says with no shame whatsoever in his voice while my mom hides her face in his chest.
May is paralyzed in place with her hand over her mouth looking at me, so I go past her and close it. I sigh, another horrible memory seared in my brain.
May and I stay there still in shock, but then we start hearing moaning.
We look at each other horrified and we both run out of the kitchen directly to the office where we see Jackson sitting massaging his temples. He looks at us and May busts out laughing which makes me laugh and Jackson just shakes his head but we can see he wants to laugh too.
"I can't believe what just happened!" May says still laughing.
"I do." I say a little annoying, remembering that this is not the first time I've caught them.
Jackson sighs. "Me too."
We wait there for about ten more minutes with May randomly bursting out in laughter. My father finally walks through the door and we all put on a serious expression.
"Forget what you saw." My father says walking and sitting at his desk.
I know I'm ok with that and Jackson too but May can't hold it in and starts laughing loud.
"How can we ever forget that!!" She says still laughing.
For the first time ever in my life, I see my father turn all shades of red. He clears his throat.
"So why were you looking for me?" He asks looking at the paper on his desk... looking at blank papers.
I want to laugh so much, but if I do, unlike May, I will get in trouble.
May finally calms down and starts to tell them what happened in the game. My father and Jackson look concerned.
My father looks at May. "That explains a lot. You have beta blood, that's why you've done so well at training." He says.
"Do you think that's the reason he wants me to join him? Because I'm a beta?" She asks.
"I mean it kind of makes sense, him wanting to have as many betas in his army. Beta's are stronger than normal werewolves." I say.
They nod.
"Maybe." Jackson says thinking.
"With this new information, we'll see if we can find anything more." My father says.
We head upstairs to our room.
"I'm sorry we had to miss the party." May says, sitting on the bed.
"Baby, this was much more important, besides, there will be more parties." I say pulling her to me and sitting her on my lap.
She looks at me and starts laughing.
"HAHAHA I can't- HAHAHA" She takes a deep breath.
"I can't believe we caught your parents having s*x HAHAHA!!"
I groan and she laughs again.
She finally stops. "So you've caught them before?" She says holding her laughter.
"Yes, a long time ago and I really don't want to talk about it." I say trying not to remember.
She starts laughing again. I hug her frustrated.
"Stop it, it's not that funny, it's traumatizing." I say playfully.
She laughs even more but then stops. "Awe poor baby." She says and kisses me.
She randomly laughs the rest of the night until we go to sleep.
The next day we wake up to a knock on our door. When I open it is Megan and Matt, they have a huge grin on their faces.
"We know the gender of the baby." Megan says excitedly.
"WHAT!!" May says jumping out of the bed and running to the door half-naked in her underwear.
"MAY! What the hell." Matt yells covering his eyes.
"BABY!!" I yell.
She ignores us both and hugs, Megan.
I quickly grab one of my shirts and put it over her.
"What is it?" May asks excitedly.
Megan looks at Matt.
He gives a fake sigh. "I guess I'm destined to be surrounded by girls." Matt says with a big smile.
The girls start squealing and jumping.
"Congrats!" I say and give them a hug.
"Ok, you two get ready cause we are going baby shopping!" Megan says.
"OMG yes!" May says running inside the room. I'm not complaining, I love seeing her happy.
We get ready and Matt drives us to the mall. We walk through the mall hand in hand until we find the baby store. Matt and I just follow the ladies.
"So what color do you want for the baby room?" May asks.
"I'm thinking traditional soft pink, what do you think honey?" She asks Matt.
"Yea, that sounds perfect." He says.
May looks at me with a mischievous smile and then looks at Matt.
"Matt, what if this baby turns out to be just.... like.... me?" She says giving him an innocent smile.
Matt's eyes go wide, he then closes his eyes and takes a deep breath. Megan and I start laughing.
"Oh, look at this." May says running off and getting distracted.
Matt and I decide to go wait out of the store.
"So how does it feel? Knowing you're going to be a father." I ask him.
He smiles "It's surreal, I think I'll feel like this until she's actually here."
I smile "You'll do great you know. May always says that you'll be a great father."
"Boys!!" Megan yells from the store. "Come here, we need help with the bags."
We head inside the store and we are shocked.
"Goddess, why did we leave them alone in the store?!" Matt says looking at the bags.
I look at them still shocked. "They almost bought the whole store."
They laugh. "Stop exaggerating, babies need a lot of things." Megan says.
Matt and I sigh but we don't argue and take the bags. We head home to find Jason walking up the front.
"Oh hey man, just who I wanted to see." Jason says walking to us.
We get out of the car and he helps us take the bags to Megan and Matt's room.
May, Jason, and I head back downstairs to the kitchen.
We sit on the kitchen counter. "So Jason, what's going on with you and Sammy? You know... she seems interested in you." May says to Jason.
Jason looks at her surprised. "Really?" He asks and May nods.
He sighs. "Actually, that's why I was here. I came to ask Colton for some advice."
'Goddess, he's going to ruin it if he keeps coming to you for advice.' Lucien says.
I don't say a thing because I agree.
May starts laughing. "Colton? For advice?"
I look at her squinting my eyes.
'See, even our mate knows you are an i***t too.' Lucien says.
I growl at Lucien.
"So, how far are you with her." She asks him.
"Just what you've seen so far and yesterday at the party we actually spent the whole time together, but Micah and Greg were there too." He says looking annoyed.
May looks like she is thinking.
"Well, she's human, so you'll probably have to do what humans do, ask her on a date." She says.
Jason and I look at her like she's crazy.
She looks at both of us. "What? Well, then what are you going to do? 'Hey look, I'm a werewolf and my wolf wants to bite you and make you his mate.' " She says in a mocking way.
Jason and I look at each other.
"You have to ease her into it." She says. "Let her get to know you first. Unfortunately, in your situation, you have to go slow." She says patting his back.
Jason looks like he's thinking about it.
He takes a deep breath. "Yea, ok, I think I'll do that."
"Oooh! Take her to the mini-golf that just opened, that will be fun." May says looking excited.
Jason smiles. "You really think she'll like that?"
"Yep." She says smiling.
She gets up and pats Jason on the back. "Good luck." She gives me a kiss and heads upstairs.
Jason looks at me. "I should have asked her for advice from the beginning."
I laugh. "Yes, I agree."
We talk a bit more about his situation and then he gets ready to leave.
"Well that was it man, I'm going to go and give it some more thought." He says getting up.
"Okay, let me know how it goes." I say getting up and heading upstairs.
I head to our room and when I open the door, I almost choke while gasping for air. May is lying on the bed in red lacy lingerie looking sexy as f**k. She is flipping through a magazine looking bored.
'Oh, goddess thank you!' Lucien says excitedly.
"About time you got here." She says closing the magazine and throwing it off the bed.
She smiles at me and I just stand there shocked like an i***t.
"This is the reward we talked about for being a good boy, remember." She says smiling.
I still stand there unable to move or say anything.
"Oh, I guess you don't like my little surprise so I'll just-"
I don't let her finish, I jump on her and kiss her.
Who knew that being a good boy actually pays off.
