Colton POV
The last two days were amazing. It was so much more intense than what we usually have. Don't get me wrong, we already have amazing s*x but her heat cycle made it feel over the top for both of us.
It's Wednesday and I honestly wanted to stay back at the cabin, but we already missed two days of school.
"Hey, can we talk for a sec?" Jason asks while we walk to our next class.
May walks in front of us with her friends.
"Yea, what's up?" I ask him.
He sighs.
"I need help man, I... don't know how to properly approach this whole situation with Sammy. " He says.
"Mh, you talk to her right?" I ask.
"Yea, but not a lot and just about general stuff like school and if there's a party." He says.
I nod.
"Well, start by getting to know her and maybe showing some interest in her. Man, I'm the worst person to ask about this."
He laughs. "True."
'True.' Lucien says too.
'No one asked you.' I say to Lucien.
'But it's true.' Lucien says again
'You are so annoying.' I say to him.
I look at Jason remembering something.
"And for goddess sake don't stalk her, if you get caught, you'll have a hard time explaining the situation." I say remembering how stupid I felt when I got caught at the mall.
He looks at me amused.
"Don't ask." I tell him finally getting to our next class.
We head inside and I sit next to May like I always do.
Cassandra taps me on my arm and I turn to her.
After the incident last Sunday, I only saw her on Saturday on the party my parents hosted. She didn't talk to me but she was looking at me the whole time, that much I noticed.
She smiles at me. "So, your first game is this Friday?"
"Yea, are you cheerleading?" I ask.
She smiles brightly. "Yes, I can't wait to see you play." She says caressing my arm.
I quickly remove my arm. "Don't do that Cassandra." I say in a stern and serious tone.
She lowers her head. "Sorry." She says softly.
I turn around and stare at the front where the teacher just arrived.
'Good boy.' I hear May say over mind link.
I look at her and she is staring straight ahead with a smile on her face.
I want to laugh but I don't. 'Does the good boy get a reward for being good?' I ask her.
'If the good boy keeps it up, yes.' She says and turns and smiles at me.
I smile back.
Lucien growls at me. 'I swear to the goddess Colton if you screw this one up I-'
'Shut up! I won't.' I tell him annoyed.
He doesn't say a thing.
Classes are finally done for the day but I still have football practice.
"Are you sure?" I ask May.
"Yea, I'll sit on the bleachers, besides I still haven't seen you play." She says with a smile.
"Okay love." I say kissing her head.
I walk to the locker room and put my gear on. I walk out to the field and see May sitting at the bottom bleachers. The cheerleaders are already practicing on their side of the field.
We start practice but in the middle of it, we have to stop because the cheerleaders get into a fight. It's Bianca and Cassandra, again. The guys manage to help separate them and we continue to practice but it happens again.
"Dammit!! At this rate, we'll be here all day." Jason yells. I sigh looking at some of the guys in the middle of that mess with the coach.
I walk over to May and she is laughing.
"Babe, you should have told me that your practices were this fun. I'll come to every single one of them from now on." She says still laughing.
I squint my eyes at her, I grab her and sit on the bleacher with her on my lap and start tickling her.
"HAHAHA! NO STOP!" She manages to say.
"You little trouble maker." I say playfully to her.
We kiss and then stare over to the field where the cheerleaders are still arguing. Jason is trying to calm them down and we are laughing. Jason gives up and comes and sits next to us.
"You know asshole, this is your fault." Jason says to me.
May laughs. "It's true." She keeps laughing.
"I have no idea what you're talking about." I say trying to sound innocent.
We all sigh seeing that this is not going to stop.
This goes on for another fifteen minutes so the coach decides to send everyone home but now we have to come early in the morning to make up for today.
"f**k!" Jason says looking at me annoyed. I just look away and act like it's not my fault.
We head home and the next day, we wake up at five in the morning. I park in front of the school and it's so early that May fell asleep in the car.
"Baby, we are here." I whisper in her ear.
She opens her eyes and gives me a sweet smile.
"Jason is right, this is your fault. I'm making you pay for this one." She says turning around and going back to sleep.
My heart drops.
'WTF! Where did her sweet smile go?' I say to Lucien.
Lucien starts laughing.
'It's not funny Lucien, you know she means it.'
'Yea I know.' He says now more aware of the situation.
We need to go but I'm afraid to wake her up again.
I sigh.
"Sweetheart? We need to go." I say carefully.
She lifts her head up.
"Yea, yea." She says opening the door and walking out.
She lies down on the bleachers and goes to sleep.
The whole practice goes without any interruption. Practice goes well and school ends without a hitch, thank the goddess.
The next day after school is game night and May and I arrive early.
We sit on the hood of my car with her between my legs and me hugging her. We are waiting for my teammates to arrive.
"So you are going to win tonight right?" She says with a smile.
"Yes baby, and if I don't, then you can give me a spanking... wait, maybe I should lose." I say with a mischievous smile.
She laughs and rolls her eyes. "I'll give you a s******g either way." She says wiggling her eyebrows.
(I love this girl.)
I kiss her holding her tight. After a few minutes, the team gets here and the people start arriving. I kiss May again for good luck and head inside to get ready.

May POV
I watch Colton go to get ready for the game and then I go find a seat. I found a few seats at the edge of the bleachers next to where Colton and the team will be coming out of the door.
I see Micah, Greg, and Sammy and I wave to them. They come and sit with me, this is the first game of this semester so we are all excited.
"JESUS! I couldn't find a parking spot, had to park all the way on the other street." Micah says being dramatic. "Now, where are the hunks, I want to take one home! Can we Greg?!!" Micah says looking at him with puppy eyes.
Greg looks at him and he smiles. "Whatever you want... as long as we share."
(WTF!)
Sammy and I look at each other and start laughing.
"You guys are nasty." Sammy says laughing.
The players come out and run through the banner and we all start cheering, then the other team does the same.
The game is going great for our team, we have two to cero and we are halfway in the game.
"Hey what do you think about Jason?" I ask Sammy.
She giggles. "I don't know, I think he's cute and he's really nice but I don't really know him." She says looking at the field at Jason.
I nod but am distracted by something else that catches my eye. To the side, where there's a crowd of people cheering on the side of the bleachers, I see amber color eyes like mine looking at me.
The man turns and goes into the crowd. I get up and run in that direction hearing everyone calling me but I ignore them.
I get in the crowd but I can't see him anymore. I keep walking and a familiar voice catches my attention.
"I never got to ask for your name."
I turn around and it's Galvin, the guy from the Alpha ball. He is staring at me with a smile.
I go speechless. Part of my mind is telling me to run and the other part doesn't want to cooperate.
"Your father wishes to speak to you." He says getting closer.
I shake my head telling him no, not being able to say a thing.
He sighs.
"Do you really want to be responsible for some of these people's deaths? Don't you have friends here?" He says still with a smile.
My eyes go wide. "Okay." I say "Just don't hurt anyone."
He bows his head. "Follow me."
I reluctantly follow him, he leads me to the other side of the school where there's not a soul in sight.
I look around and look at Galvin next to me.
"Where is he?" I ask him.
He smiles and looks behind us. I turn around and there he is. A tall man in his 40's with amber eyes and a serious expression looks at me.
He starts to size me up and starts circling around me until he gets in front of me again.
(This was the stupidest thing I have ever done in my entire life, why the hell did I come here and alone.)
(Stupid, stupid stupid!)
"Beautiful, you look like your mother." He says in a deep voice.
My eyes widen.
"How can you say that! After what you did to her!" I say, not scared anymore, now I'm pissed.
He lifts an eyebrow at me.
"That day, I was going to kill her you know, but then she shifted and her beauty captivated me. Cliché I know, but that's what happened. So instead of killing her, I took her." He says looking like he's remembering that day.
I am so disgusted with this man.
He smiles at me. "I want you to join me."
"Join you? What do you mean exactly?" I ask.
"I have an army and I'm going to bring the werewolf hierarchy down. I need my children to help me." He says and now I'm more confused.
"What?" I say not believing what he is saying. I look at Galvin and he smiles at me. These people act like nothing's wrong. I shake my head. (He's crazy if he thinks I'm joining him.)
He gets closer. "You killed Paola and now I need a replacement."
I look at him still confused.
"But... why? I'm sure you have other more experienced rogues that can take her place, what can I do?"
He looks at Galvin and I look at Galvin as well.
Galvin looks between us and then shrugs his shoulders. "I guess she doesn't know." He says.
Rowan looks at me and laughs. "You have no idea how special you are, do you?"
'What is he talking about?' I ask Hera.
'I'm just as lost as you are.' She says.
"Our eyes are a... I guess you could call it a mark of our bloodline." He says.
I look at Galvin, he doesn't have amber eyes.
He looks at me like he realizes what I'm thinking. "I am not your real uncle." Galvin says.
"Galvin and I met after I left my pack." Rowan says.
"Wait, let's backtrack. Why are you doing all this, the whole 'bring the werewolf hierarchy down.'" I say almost mocking him.
"Because it doesn't work. The werewolf communities and their laws don't work... I was a little older than you when my pack was attacked by another pack that was supposed to be our ally. And why? All because their Alpha was obsessed with the Luna of our pack and he wanted her. They killed almost everyone in my pack. They killed my mate and they killed my Alpha and when we told the council of elders, they did nothing. They didn't believe us because according to them, the Alpha that attacked us, was very well respected. My pack was disbanded and even though I was offered a position in another pack, I rejected it. I left and turned rogue."
"So you weren't always a rogue then?" I ask.
He smiles "No, back then I was beta of my pack."
'Holy f*****g s**t balls Hera!' I yell at Her.
'We... are beta!' Hera says surprised.
Rowan looks at me confused.
"You are mated?" He says looking at my neck and then looks at Galvin.
Galvin sighs. "To the future Alpha of the Waning Crescent Moon Pack."
Rowan looks at him angrily. "And you didn't think this was important enough to tell me?"
Galvin shrugs. "I forgot." He gives Rowan a sheepish smile.
Rowan squints his eyes at Galvin and then looks back at me. "This poses a problem."
I squint my eyes at him and reflexively growl at him.
'He better not think about touching our mate.' I say to Hera.
He laughs. "Don't worry. Because he's your mate, he's safe."
"You are mated to an Alpha, you can't live without him." He says thinking.
"This whole conversation doesn't matter, I'm not joining you!" I say getting annoyed.
"You will, but I'll give you some time to think about it so you can come to me on your own." He says with a smile. "Bad things will happen if you don't"
"Game's almost over." Galvin says to Rowan.
Rowan nods at him.
"You have a few weeks to think about it." He says walking away.
I watch them go and I stand there for a couple of minutes absorbing all the information that was just given to me.
Things just got really complicated. What the f**k is going to happen now?
