Liam's POV     I had just slipped another note to Serenity while walking back to my room. It was hard always writing to her, knowing I couldn't get a response back. We just couldn't take the chance that Alexander would find out. If she knew how I felt, that is all I cared about. Once I got back into my bedroom, I began thinking about her touch. I swear I would get her the hell out of here, no matter what it took. I kept imaging having her all to myself and all the possibilities that we would have. I started thinking of the way her hair fell over her breast and the way she would moan by my touch alone. I started feeling my pants getting tight, so I reached to unbutton them for some release. I imagined her hands around me as I started rubbing myself. Just imagining the way, she would look bouncing up and down on me, was enough for me come undone. I was getting ready to find my release when I heard Alexander yelling. I immediately stood and buttoned my jeans and headed out my bedroom door.     I started to panic when I stepped into the hall and realized the yelling was coming from Serenity's room. f**k. I was doing a good job of keeping him away until now. When I left him tonight, he had so much work to do for a prospective client that I thought he would be too busy to see her. What do I do? I started pacing back and forth in front of the door. I just want to barge in there and see what was going on, but I didn't know if I could control myself if I saw him touching her. I heard her scream and that was enough for me. I slammed the door open and scanned the room. Alexander had her pinned up against the wall with his arm across her chest holding her in place.     "What is going on in here? I heard screaming." I looked straight at Serenity, who looked scared to death.     "Run Liam! Get out of here now!"     Alexander turned to look at me, anger radiating off him. He wasn't in control of himself right now. I noticed the crumbled piece of paper he was holding in his hand. Oh s**t.     "What the hell is this Liam? Planning on going somewhere? You’re not taking her anywhere!"     "I'm sorry but I care for her Alexander. I love you brother, but you don't deserve her. I'm not saying that I do either, but she has chosen to leave with me. I can help give her what she needs." I could hear my brother's breathing getting heavier and heavier. "Just whatever you do, don't hurt her. I'll leave. I'll leave for good, just please let her go. Please brother, allow her to leave this place. I'll find someone else for you, someone better suited for you. She is just so different, and she doesn't deserve what is happening to her."     "Someone better suited for me. You can't have her Liam. So much for her being different." He started to chuckle.     "What are you talking about Alex?"     "I mean that she is no different than any other w***e we come across. She was in here making out with me and grinding on me, ready to give it up so quickly. So, tell me how she is different. She is playing the both of us. You are confessing how much you care about her and yet she sits here not giving a damn about you. One minute she is f*****g with you then one minute literally about to f**k me. Tell me how someone that is so different, would be playing us both."     I looked over at Serenity and she looked down toward the ground. He is a liar. She wouldn't do that. She wouldn't kiss him back, let alone give herself to him. I know how repulsive he makes her feel after all he has done. "Serenity, tell me that’s not true."     "Liam, I told him to stop. I told him I didn't want him, and he just kept pushing."     "Did you kiss him?"     "Yes." That one word alone broke me. How could she? Was she just playing me? I was frozen, unable to move.     "See, she doesn't care about you. Just leave. We will discuss your behavior later."     "Liam, I do care about you. He pushed himself onto me and I told him to stop, that it was wrong. He just wants you to leave me. Please, I'm begging you."     I turn just in time to see my brother connect his hand to her jaw. Anger took over me and I rushed to her side. I pushed my brother away from her and got one good hit on him before he was on top of me. Here we go again. I couldn't beat him, he was much stronger than me but to my surprise, he only hit me once then got off top of me.     "None of this even matters. It doesn't matter that you care for her and that she may care for you. All that matters is that I have finally made my decision. I have decided that she will be my wife."     What? It felt as if I died a thousand times hearing those words. I glanced over to Serenity and saw her hit her knees and break out into sobs. Hell no, he couldn't have her. "You can't. Brother I am begging you, please. I have never asked you for a damn thing and I have always stuck by your side not matter what. I am asking you to not to do this, please. Just do this one thing for me."     "Your right Liam. You have always been by my side. No more. You are no longer needed to feel obligated to look after me. You are free to go live the life you have always wanted but you’re going to have to do it without her. You will finally have the time to take care of that important matter without using me as an excuse."     "You know I can't do that. I can't just walk away from her." I hadn’t noticed that I was on my knees as well and that a few tears had escaped my eye, burning my cheeks. My brother didn't say anything else as he scoped Serenity up in his arms and left me in the room by myself.
