I had a lot to do before leaving next week for school. The biggest tasks I had right now were getting the power of attorney paperwork started for Seth, and to do a hefty, freezable meal prep for Charlie.
Amber told me she would come a few nights a week to check on him and make sure he was eating and had what he needed. Her friendship has become more like family, and I can't thank her enough for all that she has done, not only for me, but Charlie and Seth as well.
