She looked up to see who had run into her. Deon stood there with a concerned look on his face. He held his hands up in front of him.  “I’m so sorry, Lizzie!” he said, reaching out to her. “I wasn’t watching where I was going and didn’t see you coming around the corner.”  He took her by the arms to steady her.   She smiled at him and said, “That’s okay. I wasn’t watching where I was going either.”  They stared at each other for a moment before he looked down at his hands, still on her arms.   Releasing her suddenly, he said, “I’m glad I didn’t hurt you when we collided.”  She laughed and rubbed her nose, saying, “I have to admit, that’s the first time I’ve ever run into a football player. I can see why you’re so good on the field.”  He grinned at her and shoved his hands into the poc
