 “We’re just worried that a wild coyote got a little close to our little girl,” her father said, pulling her into another hug. “That’s all.”  “You’ll understand better when you’re a parent,” her mother said, coming around to envelop them both in a hug.  “If you guys say so,” Lizzie said, somewhat muffled by her parents.  They released her, and her mother cupped her cheek with her hand.   “I’m just glad you and Elle weren’t hurt,” she said, looking at her daughter with a loving look in her eyes.  “Me too,” Lizzie said, smiling at her mother. “I’m thankful it ran away.”  “Me too,” her father said from behind her.   She turned to smile at him over her shoulder.   “Me three,” she joked.   After a moment, her mother asked, “Didn’t you say you had plans for later tonight?”  Lizzie shoo
