“Logan, my man.” The guy yelled happily and walked towards Logan, Lydia ignored them and walked out of the office.
“What the hell do you want?” Logan asked with a frown as the guy sat on his table.
“Come on, I came to greet my buddy.”
“You are such a jerk.”
“Says a drug lord.” He joked and laughed while Logan glared hard at him.
“When the hell did you get back?”
“Yesterday, decided to surprise you at the office.”
“Whatever.”
“Come on man, am sorry I left without telling you.”
“Whatever.”
“Dude, you rule this city and out of it, you knew where I was so stop whining.”
“Jeez, you are still as annoying as you were.”
“I know right? Who is that pretty lady that brought me in here?”
“She is my personal assistant.”
“Logan?”
“Yeah?”
“Since when did you start having a personal assistant?”
“Since now, what is your f*****g business?”
“Easy dude, am just curious.”
“Whatever.”
“She is really pretty though, what do you think?”
“Am not thinking about anything and am not in for those things and you know that.”
“Well, can I have her number?”
“No.” Logan replied with a frown.
“Come on, you said you are not interested.”
“And that doesn't mean you should have number or have your way with her.”
“Woah, easy man, am just asking for her number.”
“You have a girlfriend Eddy, sorry, you have girlfriends Eddy.”
“Yeah, so?”
“So you should be okay with what you have, I don't want to see you anywhere near her and that is final.”
“Or what? Kill me?” Eddy laughed and Logan frowned.
“Yeah, I could kill you.”
“Logan.... “ Eddy trailed off as Lydia walked in.
“Sir, the Empires said they sent you an email about the contract.” Lydia said with no expression and he nodded.
“Hey Lydia.” Eddy called had waved at her.
“Hi Eddy, how are you?”
“Am okay, what about you?”
“Am fine.”
“You are really pretty by the way.” Eddy complimented and she giggled.
“Awwwn, thanks Eddy. At least you are appreciative than some people.” She said and stressed the word people before walking out and Eddy laughed out loud.
“Dude, what's up with you guys?”
“The girl is really weird, she is strangely brave and doesn't care about anything. I upset her yesterday by delaying her so she got mad at me.”
“Dude, you are Logan Griffo, isn't she meant to be scared of you and respect you?”
“Like I said, she is really weird and strangely brave.”
“Or you strangely like her.”
“Shut up Eddy.”
“Wait, how did you meet her?”
“She just started stalking me for no reason then she created a scene here then followed me to a restaurant and asked for a dollar and she snuck into the company and asked for a job.”
“What? She did all that?”
“I just told you now, why are you asking again?”
“Cause you are Logan Griffo, anyone who does that will be dead immediately.”
“Whatever.”
“Dude leave my office.”
“Or what?” Eddy asked and sat comfortably which made Logan groan.

“So your sister didn't show up last night?” Claire asked as they both sat in Logan's ward.
“Yeah, she didn't.”
“Oh, sorry about that.”
“But she showed up this morning though.”
“Well that’s great, right?”
“No it's not, she left almost immediately.”
“Oh.”
“Am just so mad at her, she apologized though but I just feel like she is doing something really bad and she keeps lying to my face.”
“But you said you won't question her about that anymore.”
“I didn't, am just mad at her she didn't show up last night but she promised to show up early this night.”
“That’s great then.”
“No it's not.”
“Why not?”
“That is not the first time Lydia has broken her promise so am not keeping it hopes up.”
“You are such a baby, my mum only visits me twice a week and she spends just two hours with me during those times.”
“Really?”
“Yes. Come on Henry, she might be really busy and you don't know what she is going through for you so just let anything that happens between you guys go.”
“You are right, thanks Claire.”
“Sure.”
“So you were telling me about your spec?” Henry chuckled and poked her.
She laughed and placed her head on his shoulder.

HOURS LATER
Lydia walked into Logan's office with her bag and sighed, his friend left like an hour ago and said he was going to be back the next day.
Lydia found him nice and fun to be with unlike Logan. Logan finally noticed her and he looked up at her.
“I will like to leave now sir.”
“Why?”
“Please sir, it is very important I leave now.”
“And I asked you why?”
“I made a promise to someone and I must keep it, please let me leave.”
Logan was about to stop her but sighed when he remembered her reaction when he delayed her yesterday.
“You can go.” He said and Lydia’s eyes widen in shock, she gasped happily and rushed to him.
“Thank you, thank you, thank you.” She screamed and ruffled his hair, she froze when she noticed what she did and smiled.
“Opps, sorry.” She muttered with a smile and ran out of the office, she rushed out of the company and took a taxi to the hospital. She got there and rushed out of the taxi, she walked in and head to Henry's ward.
She got there and walked in to see him and a girl on his bed and they were both having a conversation.
“Lydia.” He called happily on seeing her and stretched his arms for a hug, Lydia smiled and hugged him.
“Wow, your sister is really pretty.” The girl said and Lydia pulled away from the hug and turned to the girl with a smile.
“Hey dear, how are you?”
“Am fine, thank you.”
“What’s your name?”
“Claire.”
“Oh, you are the girl Henry has a... “ Lydia trailed off receiving a glare from Henry and Claire giggled.
“I better go now, see you tomorrow Henry.” She said and pecked his cheek before getting off his bed, he waved at her with a smile as she walked out of the ward.
“Oh, I see love birds already.” Lydia teased and sat beside him.
“Stop it.”
“Come on, it's obvious you both like each other, how come you didn't tell me?”
“We started getting along yesterday and that was the reason I stayed up all night so I could tell you and you disappointed me.”
“Awwwn, am so sorry Henry. My boss delayed me yesterday and... “
“Its fine.” He cut her off with a smile.
“Really?”
“Yes, it's fine and am sorry I was mean to you.”
“Its fine, I was the bad person.”
“So, tell me all about it, am interested.”
“Okay, well it all started when... “

The phone rang and Logan picked it up slowly, he answered the call and placed the phone on the table.
“Speak.” He ordered.
“Sir we followed her and we saw her entering a hospital.”
“A hospital?”
“Yes sir.”
“Find out what’s wrong and get back to me.”
“Yes boss.”
