Maya's Point of View
Flashback
We were in a small dark room, but this was no ordinary room. The room only had a love seat, and I think it was black, but it was hard to tell with the lighting. Besides the sofa there was only a side table with a drink on it but what got me the most was the large window cut out on the wall in front of the sofa.
I walked closer to the window and saw a man and a young woman having s*x. I stepped back and looked at Riley.
"Just wait," She said as she looked at the nurse holding me. She was just as uncomfortable by this as I was.
The nurse walked up to the window and knocked on it, then stepped back. She was looking at the baby in her arms and smiled.
"He will be pleased with you, my dear child."
