As if the Moon Goddess herself had pity on me, I was pulled out of our conversation, as I heard the pack house door open, and saw how the Luna stepped outside, pushing a stroller in which her pup Nikki was lying. I swallowed away my sobs and tears, I didn’t want anyone to see how I was struggling. I would not be weak, I would not break, and sure as hell, I would not let Tyler see me cry. He didn’t even deserve my tears right now, to be honest.
“Well, well, well…” The Luna sang as she walked up towards us. Her smile lighting up the entire pack grounds.
