I groaned in pain when I tried to move my body. I felt that a fully loaded truck had hit me badly. My whole body was aching and stiff. I wanted to move my body, but this was hurting, more than what I felt when Ashton rejected me. What was wrong with me? Why was I feeling so much pain? I slowly opened my eyes. My lids were so heavy that it took a good few minutes to open them. My vision was blurred, and it made me confused. My last memory was about the marking. What was happening to me? I had seen mates marking each other but none of them had seen these kinds of effects. Why was I feeling so tired, and was I in pain?
