As mom drove I guess she got uncomfortable by the silence and decided to play some music
Motown Philly by Boyz II Men came on and she starts bouncing around like an i***t in the drivers seat
I shook my head as I plugged in my headphones going to soundcloud I press shuffle as Motion by Juice WRLD began blasting into my ears
"I think I'm hooked on emotions, I'm in too deep like the ocean." I mumble lowly
I softly swayed my head back and forth feeling the lyrics
All I want is for someone just to care and to understand me
Someone who I can be alone with, someone to runaway with
The mall finally comes into view and I shut off my phone wrapping my headphones around it shoving it back into my purse I wait for my mama to find a decent parking place since the mall was so damn crowded
"Ahh gotcha!!" Mom says successfully finding a parking space close enough to the entrance she dead the engine and looks at me
"Okay so your father gave me $600 dollars for your school shopping which means clothes, shoes, and supplies." Mom says and I nod going right back into quiet mode
We got out and walk side by side seeing people exiting with arms full of bags as we go in I was hit by the smell of the delicious food coming from the food places
My tummy silently grumbles which goes unheard by my mother as we walk into hot topic I got me four band shirts, a pokemon shirt, and a choker
Than we hit up rue21 I got me two Thrasher shirts one pink and one black, a mid-thigh skirt, and some fishnet stockings
Afterwards we went inside Rainbow Shops I got me four pairs of bell bottom pants, six pairs of jeans, and ten cute shirts
We then went to Journey's, Foot Locker, and Finish Line for all my shoes
And than finally we went to get all my supplies since I donated my old ones to get new ones
As I went to grab the composition notebook a hand touch mines
I look up to see the boy blushing as he snatches his hand away
"S-Sorry!" He shouts slightly running away leaving me standing there completely confused
