Chapter 11

It's been two weeks since we got engaged. I'm extremely happy for once and even chase is happy for me. Nate's mom insists I call her mom and has been going ballistic ever since she heard we were getting married.

I used a top with the Arctic monkey sign the song do you wanna know. I love that song.

Nate left for school. I got him a ring as well. It was a simple platinum ring. I remember when I gave it to him.

Flash back

"Nate." I called.

"Yes babe." He came into the office we shared.

"I got you something." I said smiling.

"Love you didn't need to. I don't like you buying me things." He groaned.

"Well I do. It's not fair. You can buy me stuff but I can't buy you. Anyway just take it."

He opened the box. I smiled. "It's not THE ring. That you'll get on our wedding day but this is a substitute." His eyes were wide.

"I love it." He comes over and kisses me.

"How did I get so lucky."

"I ask myself that everyday."

Flash back end

He never took out his ring except when showering. He wanted me to come to school but I managed to bargain my way out of it.

So here I am waiting for my fiance. God I'm turning into a hormonal teenage girl.

I cursed this day. Oh well.

Nate came back home and practical jumped in my arms . Everyone watched how I actually held him. I was strong but I didn't think I was this strong. I finally gave out or pretended to. I can't have people knowing how strong I was.

I dropped him and I died of laughter.

He got up and swept me of my feet. Everyone watched with curiosity. Just about to go and ...

"Nate get you ass here right now." His mom yells. He looked at me with pleading eyes. I chuckled. The big bad alpha scared of his mother.

"Yes mom." I'm still in his arms. He used that to his advantage.

"We need to plan your wedding." He sighed in relief.

"Mom you can take care of it." We say in unison and duck out. Lets just say things escalate.

We were in bed naked. Yea we did it again. We were just lying in each others arms.

The windows come crashing in. Glass everywhere. Nate shielded me but the were equal cuts on both of us.

Rocks lay on the floor along with glass. I got out of the bed careful were to put my feet. Nate was mind linking the warriors.

I stepped on glass and my feet were bleeding. Nate growled and picked me up. It were to the closet and put a pair of sweet pants and a shirt. Nate did the same.

"You need to go to the pack doctor." Nate said to me .

"I'm fine." I walked out of the closet.

"Elena." He warned.

I saw a rock with a note attached to it.

I looked at Nate and all I could see was rage. Pure rage.

Chapter 12

All I could see in his eyes were pure rage. I went to him. He held me tight inhaling my scent. It calmed his wolf. I was standing on glass not that it hurt it just damn blood gets everywhere.

My new rug !!!! I'm gonna kill that mother Fucker.

The warriors came bursting through the doors. A little too late.

"Alpha Luna are you alright." One warrior asked concerned. I've gotten to know the pack quite well and they are very protective and are much like family. I have learned to love them and now they come to me instead of going to Nate.

Nate picked me up bridal style. The warriors looked worriedly at me.

"Let's get you to the pack doctor." He Nestled his head in my neck.

"I'm fine you need the doctor more than me."

"No! You are going to the doctor first." He walked out of the room. I gave up and just let him hold me. God knows what he would do if I had not.

As we walked through the pack house meaning while he carried me the pack members looked at us worriedly and tried to help.

When we got there I was fully healed but Nate was not. He put me down. The doctor examined me first because of Nate.

"Alpha nothing's wrong with Luna." Nate sighed in relief.

"Go I'll take of this."

"Luna I think you should let me look at alpha I have experience." The doctor said respectfully.

"I didn't get three PhDs and two degrees in medicine for nothing I have a lot of experience." He left. Ha b***h I can take care of my mate.

I looked at Nate and he looked at me with awe. I took out he glass and he healed. I also stitched his cuts expertly. What can I say I'm a girl with many talents. Looks like I'm good at everything.

"You didn't tell me you had a PhD let alone three." He sat on the bed while I washed my hands.

"You never asked. I also have Dr under my name along with professor." I smiled asked a pack member for clothes for Nate and I.

"My mate is smart." He stated proudly. He held his head high.

I chuckled. (My outfit).

"What are we gonna do about the note. If I know threats they won't stop." I said and He growled.

"I kill him before he can get his hands on you." He pulled me close.

Pack meeting time

"Alpha we found another note." Sam said. (He's the Beta)

He handed it to us .

It looks like you have taken my threat seriously. I think I need to prove to you that I don't play games. Leave and no one gets hurt. I will let you take your mate,mother, beta and sister. One day or everything will go boom. Your choice and just so you know who you a dealing with.

My eyes widened. We are doomed.

"We need to leave now." I looked at Nate with pleading eyes.

"No we can't." Nate said.

"I don't how you managed to piss off him. But we are in trouble. His threats aren't empty."

"What who is he?" He clenched fist.

"Lb. The light bringer. I know you want to stay, I do to but I know off him. And I don't want to meet him. I'm generally scared and I don't get scared at all. If I'm afraid you should be to. If we don't go we won't just die but we'll beg for death." I was actually scared. This dumb ass should be to. His pride will be his down fall.

He looked at me with wide eyes. "Okay fine but were do we go?"

Wow that was fast. "I've got everything covered. Guys go pack your bags." I motioned Kaitlin ,Sam and Nate's mom.

"We can't let him tell us what to do we will fight." A warrior said.

"There will be no fight. I'm the devil's Daughter..." They gasped except for Nate. ".. yea yea. And I know how they work. They don't care of honor nor remorse. They will kill you effortlessly and they don't care how. The will show no mercy. So if it means they kill children they will. I mean I fought him once with five highly skilled assassins on my side and I barely left alive."

"I have a lot of faith in you guys don't get me wrong. But you have mates and children and you have lives. I don't want you to lose that." I looked at Nate.

"Okay Luna we trust you." They left.

"What about the alpha position." Nate asked me.

"He won't want your position. He goes for the kill not possessions of the kill. We will have to leave the gamma in charge."

He nodded and held me. "What's this about you being barely alive." He growled.

"We had a run in. My group and I were to take out a couple of people in the government. We killed all but one. He had a bodyguard. The light bringer. We barely made it back. And that was big , considering I'm one of the big ten assassins. It was a blow to my ego." I grumbled the last part.

"I've never seen you like this." He cupped my cheeks.

"We should pack."

"Where are we going?" I smiled.

"Its a surprise." I kissed him and walked out of the room.

after we packed i drove the car to the SUV to the airport.

"We're we going." Kaitlin asked enthusiastically. You'd think we were going on vacation not running for our lives.

"Surprise." I smirked.

We walked buy the private jets. They looked at me eyes wide.

"Guys you like my plane." I smirked. They nodded vigorously and they ran in. I spoke to the pilot and then went to sit.

I slept for a few hours when the co pilot woke me up.

"Miss White-wood we are here." I nodded.

He went back and I woke everyone. We landed and cars were waiting for us.

"Where are we." Nate asked bewildered. We were surrounded by trees.

"Isle Elena." I smiled. Their heads snapped.

"My private island."

"Wow how much money do you have." Sam asked.

"Enough to say I can take over Russia, France, Australia and maybe two more countries . But where is the fun in that."

"Damn rich people." Sam mumbled.

We arrive at the house. No one else was in the island except the maids who I treated well. I'm not a monster. I supported them and their families.

it had a front and back pool with a beach. And we also had a private pool in our room. Definitely gonna use that.

I missed this place so much.

They looked at me."Welcome mi casa su casa. At least that's how it goes. Btw you phones won't work here. So there are new ones on the table. Don't go on social media guys Kaitlin ."

"Hey!"she whinnied.

"And that's it." One of the maids came and hugged me. I didn't like to treat them different. They were friends and humans so why should I treat them different.

"Guys can anyone smell that. It smells different."Sam said. We sniffed the air.

"Can anyone else hear that." We listened and I could hear a faint heart beat. Nate's head snapped to me.

"Elena."

"Don't look at me I'm not pregnant I would have known." I said . I look at Kaitlin's avoided all eye contact.

"Kaitlyn?" Sam asked.

"Yea I'm pregnant." Sam picked her up.

"Your gonna be an aunt." Kaitlin said.

"Wait I have to deliver a baby again." I groaned.

"You delivered a baby?" Kaitlin asked.

"Yea I'm a doctor graduated medical school with three PhDs."

"So we have nothing to worry about." Sam said.

"I think." Nate picked me up and ran to the room.

"Let's make a baby."

Today's the day. Today's the day I say I do to my mate, my love. I am f*****g nervous.

Okay so let's go back. After trying to make a baby??. Nate and I had decided to get married here. So

Who would have thought me. The Devil's Daughter getting married. If you would have told me that two months ago I would have laughed in your face. But today I wouldn't regret a thing.

I just finished my makeup. Kaitlin and her mom have been going crazy. I invited a lot of agents who were like family so there's been a lot of explosions. I also invited friends. My best friend Hope. I've known her since I arrived at the institute. She and I trained and grew up together. She is my family.

We also invited the pack they came over right away and know their living on the island. Since I have houses all over. There is even a school. Poor kids I say.

Hope walked in the room. She squealed and ran to me.

"I can't believe your getting married." She said.

"I know. I'm glad your here."

"Are you kidding I wouldn't miss it." She said. I got my dress and her mouth dropped.

"Fuck.ing.hell." she breathed.

"I know." I nodded.

"So lets get you ready."

½ hour later

"You have one lucky mate." She nod approvingly.

"Now let's get you married." Kaitlin said walking in.

"Holy s**t you look amazing." She said her jaw dropped.

My future mother in law walked in. "Oh my moon goddess you beautiful. My son is so lucky."

I laughed. Chris was walking you down the isle. I always wanted my dad to but let's just say he wasn't like normal father's but I do miss him. A tear ran across my cheek.

"Hey why are you crying." Chris looked worriedly.

"I just wish my dad was here." I smiled sadly.

"He's proud." He said. But I know for a fact he was not. To bad I never did what he said. Oh well.

We walked down the isle and I saw him. In his dashing suite. He looked like the most wonderful thing I have ever seen in my life. I love him so much. His hair was combed and his smile blinding. This walk was to slow. God I'm turning into a love sick puppy. Damn you hormones.

I smiled. He smiled. God that smile. After the wedding because i don't really want to board you will love sick stuff.

Nate and I were just standing in each other's arms. It was nice.

"You look beautiful my wife." He said with a grin.

"You look handsome my husband." I replied. A group of agents walked to us.

"Agent Whitewood. Congratulations. We are truly happy for you." One guy said. I might of forgotten his name.

"Yea maybe we can take a break from training. Now that your not there to beat our arses." One guy said. We all laughed.

There was a explosion. Nate shielded me. We looked around. All the agent were in assassin mode. We all had ear pieces on and that bomb was not one of our own.

We heard slow clapping.

We turned to see him. The light bringer.

Chapter 14

He was there. The light bringer.

"Well well what do we have here. The bastard son and a deceiving bitch." He said.

Shit, son of a b***h. How did I not recognize him before. The light bringer but when I knew him, he was Dracula.

No, he's not a myth that you were all lead to believe. He was supposed to be dead. My father killed him. He called me a deceiving b***h. Well because I've been lying about my name. The name given to me by my father.

Elena is my name. But I changed my original name to it.

My real name is Gabrielle van helsing. Daughter of Gabriel van helsing.

You know the hunter also the left hand of God. Yea him.

"Do not call my wife a liar." Nate snarled.

He stepped in front of me. The reason I didn't tell him because I couldn't say my name out loud without causing destruction. My name held too much power. Did I also mention I was a lycanthrope . No?

"You should get you facts straight son." He smirked.

"I'm not your son." Nate growled.

"You should ask that slut of a mother." He grinned. We all growled. I pulled a knife out and threw it at him and all the agents shot. The agents were all in for killing the bastard. I know i was.

Nate's mom broke out in tears. I went to her and held her. She continued to cry. Her cries filled the air and echoed through the wind.

I looked at Kaitlin to take her while I went to Nate. He looked pissed. I held him and he held me.

"Come my love there is a lot I have to tell you." I told him. He looked at me emotionless. I smiled and kissed his lips. He kissed me back.

I changed out of my wedding dress.

We were at another house.

He changed to. He looked at me. His eyes showed pain and confusion.

"There is something I didn't tell you. But I can't." He looked hurt.

"What do you mean you can't tell. What didn't you tell me Elena." His voice held venom laced with pain.

"I cannot speak it my love. The last time I did we had hurricane Katherina."

"What didn't you tell me." He said slowly.

"My name. There is a reason. I can't tell I can write it down but you can't say it fully about." I wrote it on a piece of paper. I handed it to him.

"Gabrielle Van...." I clamped my hand to his mouth. On point it started to rain heavy with lightning bolts running through the sky with loud thunder.

"My name hold too much power. You can not say it. Only say if in emergencies. Only you know it. And also my father's the left hand of God"

"What!!!!!"

Chapter 15

"what!!!!!!"

"Yea my father is the left hand of God."

"So first you lie to me than you tell me this. What's next. Your fairy."

"No I'm lycanthrope." I said as causal as possible. His eyes widened.

"What's next." He threw his hands up in frustration.

"You are immortal since we are mates and so will our children." He stared at me.

"Wait a second." I growled at him.

"Your the son of count Dracula and you didn't tell me. That's Also a big deal." He huffed.

"I am not. I don't know why he said that but I am not. My father died in battle." He clenched his fist.

"Than why did your mom burst out crying." He looked at me confused.

"I don't know." He huffed.

"Nate. No matter what happened. I love you so much. Im sorry I didn't tell you. But I love you so much I'm going to let that go. Your my husband."

"Don't you dare think of letting go. I love you no matter what and you are mine. I don't care about anything from your past. You are mine. I love you my wife." He grinned at his late statement. He pulled me closer and kissed me.

The kiss was slow and passionate but getting heated fast. His one hand on my ass and the other holding my neck in place. He still managed to tug my hair. I moaned in his mouth.

My hands were tangled in his hair and I tugged it making him groan. I felt satisfied to know I could do that. He hoisted me up. He left my lips to trail kisses on my neck. He nibbled on my mark sent a wave of pleasure through my body.

He dropped me on the bed before crawling on top of me. And you know what happened after that.

The next morning.

I felt pure bliss. My mate excepted me and I was married to the love of my life.

I felt Nate nibbling on my neck. Giving me love bites and hickeys. He was having a field day.

I moaned and cover my naked body with the blanket before turning to face him.

"G.morning my love." I snuggled into him.

"Good morning wifey." He grinned. I'm never gonna get tired of that.

"How long have you been awake my husband." I nipped on his neck making him groan. I smiled innocently.

"Not long." He kissed me. He sighed.

"I wish we could just go away." He kissed my shoulder.

"Me too. Come on we have to get ready. Everyone is worried. We need plan defense. We have a traitor among st the pack. That's how he got in." I woke up and the blanket dropped. He growled. I could smell his arousing scent.

He followed me to he bathroom and we had a bit of fun ;)

After I got out and change.

I picked up the clothes on the floor and put them in the hamper.

"Baby you smell different." Nate said hugging me from behind.

"Different how." I asked holding him close. Pressing my back to his chest.

He gasped. His eyes widened. He turned me around and kneeled down pressing his head to my tummy. That's when I heard it. A faint heart beat.

He jumped up and picked me up and spun me around.

"We're gonna have a baby." I hugged him and kissed him.

"Let's go tell the world." He said excitedly. He picked me up bridal style and took me to the car.

The whole ride we talked about baby names.

We walked into the pack house. To see a crying mother. Nate held my hand tighter.

"What happened." He asked calmly. So calmly it was scary.

"There's something I should tell you." She sobbed.

"What."

"The light bringer. Dracula is your father. Your father didn't die in battle."

"W.. What." He stuttered.

"It was before I was young and stupid. He used me and left." She sobbed harder. Nate and I went to her and held her. I held her head and Nate rubbed her back.

"Shhhh it's gonna be okay." I cooed.

I held her longer.

"Mum its okay I just wish you didn't lie to me." He looked down.

"Im so so sorry." She cried.

"So with the sadness we have news. Happy news." I grinned and went to stand next to Nate. He automatically wrapped his arms around me and rubbed circles on my tum. Mom saw and gasped.

"I'm gonna get grandbabies." She hugged me.

"Yea." Nate looked at me lovingly. Everything was perfect. Then the door slammed. Dang every damn time I'm happy something has to happen.
