The Devil's Daughter

this is the whole book. have you ever felt like you were alone. Well I feel that way . I'm driving to Aspen right now in my Audi R8. I make a good living. I work for a group called agents. We work on kidnapping, information from the other person, transporting, protection, and assassination. I'm the best at all but I enjoy the assassination the most. I'm on my way to Aspen because we have a mission to take out some rogues and find out why they are attacking in groups. I love a good hunt . I finally made it into the town and I'm now looking for my house they gave me . The job comes with some perks . The head Master is like a father to me so that helps. It also helps that I have 13years of experience. I earn more than most people in ten years . Moving on . Ring ring ring -hello- I answered. -hello daughter- 'which is code for I'm your boss and this is for your mission. I'm a douchebag '. I added that part. -ada- 'which is code for father and you can talk's -new job you are to make sure Nathan Tanner Fires is protected. At all cost . Im trusting you. he is my grandson and your the only one I would ever trust.Your house will be set up waiting for you. You will attend school and watch over him . That's all this mobile device will self destruct in. 5 4 3 I threw it out the window to see a small explosion in my review mirror . "That was close". I said to myself. I drove to the house and checked it out. It was huge. Just my style. I drove into the garage to see a black Range Rove. I parked next to it and made my way in the house. I hide weapons through out the house. "Tomorrow was school.". I groaned. This is gonna be great. Note the sarcasm. I went outside to smell some werewolves watching. I sat on the porch acting like i didn't see them . I was undercover. I look up at the stars and said goodnight to my mom and dad. I did that every night and a tear rolled do my cheek. I was supposed to look weak so I put on a show. I was very good a lying. The trick is, to lie with the truth or believe the lie. I needed to get to sleep but that can wait after adventure time. I love that show. Morning I got up and changed in my outfit. Hiding a few weapons here and there and put some in my bag in the hidden compartment Well school gonna suck . I drove into the parking lot and I smelt the most delicious smell ever which meant one thing 'mate' . I look up to see the hottest guy I ever layed eyes on. "Mine" "s**t" *** Chapter 2 I walked in the middle of the hall and everybody turn to look at me . The guys gawked and the girls scowled at me. That delicious smell. "Mine." "Shit." I said. I did the most logical thing. I tried to run. Underline tried. He grabbed my wrist and pulled me to his chest and growled "Mine" while holding me close. "Dammit Dammit I'm so screwed." I muttered to myself. He made me look up at him while he held my waist. "What's your name love?". His voice was so hot. Damn mating bond. "Elena Rose". I had to change my name sometimes with the whole undercover thing. His eyes were a beautiful blue. "Well Elena my mate, I'm Nathan but call me Nate." The Way he says my name god. Snap out it Elena. ..Ring Ring Ring.. Who would have thought my mission ended up being my mate. I certainly didn't. "I need to go". I tried to go, again tried. "Where?" He asked "I need my schedule" "I'll come with you". We both walked towards the office, any guy that looked at me and smiled would earn a growl and a scowl from Nate. We reached the Secretary. "Hello, how can I hel...alpha"she looked afraid, she bowed her head in submission. "Hi ,I'm Elena Rose. I need my schedule please." I smiled politely. "There you go sweetie." she smiled back. My schedule was pretty good. 1 Ap math 2 English 3 Lunch 4 Gym 5 Science 6 Free "What was that about" I asked Nate. "I'm the alpha." He shrugged. "I know that, but why is she afraid of you?"He shrugged again. My phone buzzed. A message. Update on mission and report. I deleted the message and we walked to class . We have every class together thanks to him. Makes my job easier. We headed of to math first. We walked through the door. "Hello sorry we are late. I'm new." I said shyly. "It's okay but what's your excuse Mr Fires." "I was with her" He smirked. "Go take a seat. Okay every on pop quiz." Everyone groaned. Nate's smirked fell faster than the flash. I sat next to Nate. I got the test and the damn thing was easy. I finished in ten minutes to see everyone still on the first page stressed. Nate turned to me and looked stunned. I simply smirked. "Who ever finishes can leave"the teacher went back to doing what he was doing. I simply got up and gave him my test. He looked shocked. I did finish school at ten . Everyone were whispering to themselves and I just walked out of class. I need to set up camera's around and hide some weapons and most of all I was hungry. After ten minutes of I drove back to school. I might have went to MacDonald's. Might off. I sat on the hood and ate. Half an hour later The bell rang and I saw a very pissed Nate . "Where were you?" I raised an eyebrow. "Out" I stated. He huffed. "You were supposed to tell me." Now wait a second " Your not my boss." I smirked. He should learn he will never win with me. We walked to English and there were assigned seats. I sat next the guy named Aakil. He was really cool. Nate didn't feel the same way. He hand prints were visible on the desk. A smell hit me . A very disgusting smell. Rogues........ Chapter 3 Rogues...... Every body smelt it. Nate got up alone with the other pack members while everyone else went to the safe room. Yea that's not happening, my mission is more important. I ran to the forest. I spotted the fighting. I shot five them and then the bastard rogue knocked the gun of of my hands. On to daggers and arm knife. I killed 15 in total. Unfortunately there was alot of blood on my shirt. Let's go save Nate. He was being held down by 5 rogues. I killed them leaving a stunned Nate. "Close your mouth or you'll catch flies." I said. "Who are you?" He asked bewildered. I'm now weighing my options to tell him truth or lie. Truth it is. "My name is Elena Whitewood, commonly known as the devil's Daughter, your grandfather sent me to protect you." I explained "Wait my grandfather? Wait backup, my grandfather is dead." "No he isn't. He is the one that hired me. I know you hate me right now as soon as my job is done I'll leave you'll never have to see me again." He growled and held on to my waist. "You will not go. I will not let you." He snarled. Who does he think he is . He doesn't sign my paychecks. I raised an eyebrow at him. "Your not the boss of me." I smirked. "No but you are mine." "Don't refer to me as a possession. You don't sign my paychecks so you don't get a say." I growled. ..My phone buzzed.. "Looks like your grandfather wants an update, and your no leaving my site . So lets go." He huffed. We drove to headquarters. Nate held onto my waist as we walked. We walked to the office specifically his grandfather's and my head masters office. ..Knock knock knock .. We walked in. The headmaster looked at us and smirked. "I see you found you mate." I smirked back. "Yea and he's you grandson." His smirk fell. He looked at Nate . "I know." I growled. "You knew!!! Dick." I muttered under my breath. Nate chuckled. "You're all grown up Naty." My eyes widened and I bite my lip trying to contain my laughter. "Naty?" I couldn't handle it. He groaned. "You were dead." "Well you see I faked it." Nate's jaw dropped. Before he could say anything. "We have your report and your target. Eliminate the bounty." I nodded and he handed me a file. "I thought you protect people." Nate look at me. "I do but that's not my field of expertise." I looked away avoiding eye contact. "Than what is your field." He asked. "Assassination." He let go of me and took a step back. . . . ..Nathan Fires.. "Great my mate's an assassin." I threw my hands up in the air in frustration. "Yea, you didn't say that when I was saving your ass today." She looked hurt. "Well this is a first . I would like to resign from this mission." She walked to my grandfather. He nodded . We walked back to her car and she drove to her houses. It was huge. "Get out." She said bluntly and went into the house. I followed. Mate is upset go comfort her d**k. My wolf urged. What am I gonna do she is a freak assassin. I said back. Yes but she is our mate and we love her. He was right . She was in a room packing clothes all of it. "What are you doing?" She looked a me . "What does it look like?" "Packing?" "Yes I'm packing." "Why?" "I resigned the mission . I'm leaving." She stated. "No you are not." I gripped her waist pulling her to my chest. She pushed me away but I held on tighter. "Watch me!" She pushed me again and damn was she strong. She was walking out the door so I did the only thing I could think of. I ran and jumped her . Pinning her to the floor. "You will not leave me . I just found you and I will not let you go. I love you god dammit. From the moment I layed eyes on you." "Than why . Why did you look at me like that. I know that look too well, of rejection and regret." I crashed my lips onto hers , I kissed her poring all my love it to it. I pulled back to look at her and saw tears threatening to fall. I kissed her eyes. "I will never let you go." "But I'm an assassin." "My assassin." I kissed her and she kissed me back. My wolf was howling in joy that his mate wanted him. I let go of her arms and she placed it on my neck. Let just say we completed the mating process,( if you want details, you have to comment.)
