My wolf was going crazy, but l refused to look at the girl who had done nothing but betray and lie to me. However, her scent still appealed to my wolf and he wanted her regadless of that.
l was a mute spectator in the show while my life was unfolding in my eyes. l felt like laughing because it looked like a scene straight out of a movie.
The strange part of all of this was that a small part of me was relieved that things happened this way. Beth and l were struggling due to this mate bond.
