Chapter 14: Taking both

-Skylar P.O.V.-

“I must say that I am very proud of what you did and how you helped to save Mia. I am also proud of how you stood up to that bastard.” Lilith spoke to me with a smile on her face.

“I just wanted to do something about him once and for all. He needed to know that I am not this little weak girl anymore. I have my wolf and two mates along with a family who have shown me that I am stronger than people think. I am glad that he is dead.” I tell Lilith as we are both getting into the car.

She turned the key and started to pull out of the dirt road before she uttered a sentence to me that had my blood run cold. “Elijah and Aiden are not too happy with what you did.”

The rest of the ride home was in silence as I was sitting in my seat wondering what is going to happen and what kind of punishment, they are going to give me.
