Chapter 8 (Flat tiers, Bad company)

Alex (Pov)

Mia got hurt by me and I did not want to go that far as to really hurt her, but why did she dare to talk back to me, making a fool of me ?. When she knew I would be the next Alpha, yes we were friends long ago, but we were mere pups then. Now we are almost grown up and everything has changed and, yes, some days when I see her walking alone, I want to go to her ,but then Stella and their nerdo friends cloud her and then I just wanna yell at them, but I guess we all made our choices and I want everyone to respect me, including her. I will not let a girl make me be too softy, only Melissa can or are aloud too with her sexy lips on mine. I guess that is how it should be. Mia used me and then spread ugly rumors so that's what you get for being there for someone, her so-called best friend. Melissa, on the other hand, respects me and she is such a sexy ,hot girl ,but she is not very bright like Mia. Mia was always the smart one and we could talk about anything ,but she became the nerd in school while, I well I became the popular bad boy everyone liked, knowing I would also be their Alpha. Then there is Will , my half brother. He doesn't like Mia anymore and I never knew why until Mia started spreading rumors and thinking herself better than us. And I am the sexy hunk all the girls wanted to mate with and being the future Alpha got me all this and so I did not complain at all.

Every damn day, we walk into school. I see this nerdy Mia's friend talking to her and I can see he digs her too and this makes me mad. Mia is. So I don't know ? So that's when I decided maybe I could make up for hurting her yesterday, which was not my intention. Also say sorry . Was I beginning to feel a bit left out or jealous ? ,so I watched them go into the building while I took out my pocket knife and punctured her tiers ,setting my plan in motion. Now I can ask her if she wants a ride when school is out without Melissa being here today. Luckily for me, she had some things with her mom they had to do in town, so it was my time to get Mia into my favor again. To finally ask her why she always tells lies about me ?, get her to tell the truth for once and tell her to get away from that guy Liam.

School was finally out and practice was called off for today as I requested ,so it was perfect timing , and as I waited with my hammer outside, I see Mia walk out by herself like always and as she sees her car she falls to her knees, upset and this makes me regret doing this nd all the other crap I have done to her in the past, so I roll down my window shouting over at her, taking a chance. "Hay Mia you want a ride?". I say and she is so shocked. She looked up and that's when I saw tears in her bright blue eyes and I felt so bad, why didn't I even know and what was I thinking about wanting to take them from the school home?. Man, I am so not OK now. I think to myself and she walks over and I feel like my plan worked at least, but then she talks and it makes me so pissed again at her. "No thanks ,Stella will give me and Liam a lift home. Someone slashed my tires, so, so I will have dad tow it', no need to help me, I'll be OK". This made me mad all over. She just doesn't like me as before. "Fine never mind then!". I say and I am so mad, I just drove on home, but just as I went out the gate, I see this nerd stop next to Mia and he lifts her on his bike and this pisses me off to. So I needed to pull over to calm myself and there they went past me, Mia on a damn bike with a guy she barely knew ,so I followed to see if he would take her home and, luckily for him, he did. She is playing me again.

Mia (Pov)

Liam is the ex-Beta's son of the neighboring pack and he is smart , with dark blond hair and very handsome too, and he is new to my school, so when he was in class, he came to sit right next to me and, so he asked me my name and I said Mia and he said he is Liam the new Beta. He and his Alpha also helped out when Alex bullied me. This made us become friends at school. After I saw my car and the tier at school, he stopped by my car when he saw me crying about my car and offered me a ride home because Stella had to, behind for something despite her giving us a lift, so as I got on his very big bike I felt so foolish and. me holding on to him as he drove off was very exciting and as we passed the gate we saw Alex in his hammer and he did not seem to happy with me for saying no to his ride, I mean really why would I want his help ?, for all I know it was him or his minions who did it. As we got home, I thanked him, his smiling man was so sexy. My knees went mellow, he was the first boy looking at me in this way. "Thanx Liam for the ride and the help". "No problem Mia, it was fun , so I'll see you tomorrow little monkey" , he smiles as he takes his extra helmet and takes off , leaving me almost fainting at his nickname for me, but just as I want to walk in Alex also comes in. "Guess you got what you wanted Mia, a free ride with the bad boy afterall hey?, that i***t". I looked at him and my blood was boiling. What is his problem? "Yes, at least he looks nice on a bike Alex, and you are the bad boy, not him, he is nice to me ". I say but just as he wants to stop me as I turn to go my mom comes out looking at the two of us. "Is there a problem?". "No mom Alex just saw something on my arm", so he lets go and walk away and so do I but my mom just is so noisy and she walks in again trailing me to my room. "Mia what is going on with you and that boy and the biker boy who is he?". "Mom nothing is going on ok and the 'biker boy' is Liam the son of the ex Beta and soon the new one of the black moon pack, he offered me a ride home mom and so I said yes". mom looks at me frowning and I know she is not just my mom but also my best friend after all. "You know that boys on bikes has a reputation right ? , and it's not always good honey, just be careful ok", she says and I know my mom , she always has my back . "Fine mom no more biker boys or bad boys, promise", I smirk and she hugs me walking out again. Now to get my car back.

Liam (Pov)

Now that is a pretty nice down-to-earth girl, and I think she is going to be my mate. It's like she looks through my soul somehow, she is fine too, you know", Liam says to his best friend while, washing his bike. "Ya, but just watch it, OK, her and the Alpha family is tight from what I heard and we do not want trouble a OK, bro, just get laid and leave that ass". "Ya maybe you're right, but she is not tight with him anymore so I'll see, but the getting laid is as good as done man hahaha", Liam says and while washing his bike he remembers why the son of the Alpha was looking at him weirdly as he drove by, maybe they are friends or that Alpha sees what he wants, a challenge is always welcome and even though Liam is a Beta he has Alpha blood too so if the bad boy wants to play bad boy he was game. Thinking of Mia, Liam was in overdrive, she was pretty and he knew she would be an easy target. He just had to play all his cards right and who knows, maybe she was going to be his mate after all and if not, then at least it's another one on the long list. Liam was the same age as Alex and he was also built like Alex, just with brown hair and brown eyes and a bit worse to the bone than Alex and if Mia knew better she would run for the hills. He was bad company to keep and not really into good girls. He used them and then dropped them like flies .He was indeed his father's son..
